No breakfast location was great

Kevin the manager whatever he is a straight clown 🤡 paint his face he try’s to sleep with just about every female there n he is a disgrace to man kind

Location is great for traveling through ...easy access to I77. Restaurants close by as well.

I find the hotel has people renting the rooms long term. They hang around the lobby and outside smoking . I would suggest placing them all on one floor. The front desk staff (2 )were outside smoking when I was checking out . They took my key from me outside and didn't ask how my stay was or if I needed a receipt. I guess I interrupted their break...very unprofessional. The evening front drsk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the room was clean, there were a lot of maintenance issues that were neglected . These issues that away from the cleanliness, room appears run down. This was my third stay here and may be my last. I realize the area may warrant $100/night , but this place does not.

The room was a little musty smelling, and the micro/ fridge was in closet area so there was no where to hang clothes.

That there was a place to sleep…the manager offered us half off the price but wasn’t able to give it to us because we booked through booking.com

Shower was either too hot or too cold. No I’m between. Bugs in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Each bed only had 2 pillows that weren’t even big and fluffy. Mattress was brown. Dog next door barked all night, music was loud in other rooms. Tv remote didn’t work. Only 1 wash cloth and towel in bathroom.

The room wasn’t clean when we got in there there was no towels, no coffee, condiments, and no quilts were put on the bed
