I like that the room is very spacious and of course the kitchen area. I love space.
I didn't like the fact I didn't get my balcony and that the toilet seat was broken. Which they fix that quick. That pull-out couch was a hard bed to sleep on. I've slept on another pull-out sofa that were comfy. This one was just hard and uncomfortable.

An Eingen Stellen im Hotel und im Zimmer könnte es sauberer sein. Durch die Klimaanlage ist man doch ein wenig gestört da diese nicht leise ist.

Great value. Hotel was clean and decent location for a downtown event. Breakfast was also really good and cheap.
I didn’t like the 4pm check in. I don’t recall ever going to a hotel that held the check in time till almost the stated time. I also asked months ago for a early arrival.

Hotel is beautiful from the front. Lobby is lovely and the suite was extremely spacious and we had an awesome time. Beds were very comfortable!
Only thing I did not love is the parking all the way around back. When I had to park on the second deck it was a bit scary coming down the stairs in the dark.

Location is great - close to restaurants, shopping, park, etc. Very quiet and peaceful setting and the large balcony had a fantastic view of the park!

Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. 15min nach Downtown Charlotte. Sehr gutes Einkaufscenter direkt nebenan. Schöner Hotelpool. Klare Empfehlung.

The entrance was beautiful.
Other than the entrance the rest of the property was old and run down. The hallway floors were not clean. The outside doors to the back did not work appropriately. It was hard to get in and out. Parking was a pain as well.

The location of the hotel is great. There are lots of things to do in the area. Free parking.
The hotel is a little dated. It was hot in the lobby and in some areas of the hallways. The hotel had an "interesting" smell. It didn't smell fresh but it didn't smell bad either. The price for our stay was OK only because of the location of the hotel. Had it been situated in an area with not as much to do it wouldn't have been worth the value.

I have stayed at about three different Hiltons in the South Park area of Charlotte and this is definitely the best one incredible size rooms wonderful staff the best ever continental breakfast ever in any hotel I have ever stayed at they had so much food out and all of it was delicious and the staff in the kitchen was fantastic I will definitely always stay at this hotel no one can touch with this hotel has to offer
