It is very convenient to a grocery store, gas station, and a few restaurants.
The staff completely unwilling to help or do anything, and very unprofessional.
I booked a 3 night stay. Prior to even coming to Longview, I realized I needed an extra night. This app wouldn’t allow to simply add on another night???? So I booked the extra night separately.
After explaining this to the manager,she told me I would have to vacate the room from 11am-3pm and come back. This makes no sense, when I’m already there. Customer service is not a priority here!!!

The stay were nice! They were quick with check in and out! Great location so many food options within walking distance, grocery store and gas stations near by. Super clean, very convenient, lots of parking space!
The bed was a little hard for my liking, but only complaint.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable—exactly what I want from a hotel. We will be back next year and will stay here again.

The staff was friendly at first. Other than that the location was good. Very close to the hospital I was visiting my aunt at.
I informed the staff that they had a severe case of bed bugs and they honestly didn’t seem shocked. Almost like they knew but didn’t want to admit to it. I even showed the staff my back and arms and back of my legs. All the bites were just on the backside of my body. And I was having an allergic reaction and the bites swelled up pretty big. When I went to check out I informed a different front desk lady and she got what I am to assume is a manager. When I told him the only thing he said he could do at the time was “have a professional verify”. Then he would get back with me. Today is July 22, 2023 and I checked out on July 19, 2023 and I have yet to hear from anyone. The way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and I have filed a complaint with Motel 6 corporate and will be contacting the health department.
And after checking out they charged my card 2 different charges totaling $100. Claiming it was the damage from my dogs. Which all it was was towels I used when they had a accident and the top sheet that fell on the floor and they had an accident on as well. They claimed their $2 towels and $5 sheets would need to be destroyed when everyone knows all hotels have to wash their bedding and towels in bleach due to health standards and that would take care of the problem. They also claimed the cheap vinyl floors were damaged from said urine. That was cleaned up but just needed to be mopped. Which that is standard practice anyways especially following Covid. Not to mention those sheets they claimed my dogs damaged already had black spots on them before I even laid down for bed the first night.

Staff was friendly, establishment was clean. They even turned on the ac in the room before we arrived which was greatly appreciated since my mother has medical issues and the heat has a big impact on her.

The employees were all very nice and accommodating.
The owners at this property were overly rude! We were asked to leave because we had too much stuff in our room. In no way did it hinder exiting the room nor did we damage any property. We spent many days here and did not cause any problems. At one point we had our property stolen from right outside our room after only being inside for 5 minutes. When we went to the office, we were informed that they would not be able to review the cameras until the following day. (They never provided any info on this matter) There was some drama with a lady being arrested and then apparently her vehicle was damaged, the owners then accused my husband of doing said damage and stealing. This being after my husband helped the investigation and spoke to the officers, who were not investigating him or accusing him of any wrongdoing. So originally we were asked to vacate bc of our having too much stuff and then when we asked for clarification or more reasoning (bc again, it did not cause any problems as far as fire exiting, etc.) they admitted that we did no damage but that the housekeepers were unable to do any stay over cleaning that we never asked for or required then they changed it up and we were harassed and accused of stealing and damaging other people’s property but the owners refused to produce any evidence of such.
I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years. I had started as a housekeeper and worked my way to assistant manager, so I’ve been on all sides of the business. I feel like we were treated incredibly poorly for no good reason. We were doing no harm to any property or clientele. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectful, especially coming from the owners!! The housekeepers and office staff were AMAZING so I’d have to say that they were the only good thing that these owners had going for them.

To be clear, this is a budget motel. Don't expect extras. There's no breakfast, and there's no coffee pot in the room. No gym, no swimming pool. But the rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I live in town, but this place was a godsend when the power went out for days. It was much better than I could have expected.
I just didn't like that my region had a huge power outage that lasted for days.

Very friendly staff. Got the last non-smoking room available after Staybridge canceled our reservation without notice. Off the main road (set-back). Price very reasonable.
Noisy location. Our room was on the end near a night club. Heard cars and loud music until early am. No shampoo provided. Towels weren't the best.

There were two staff members (Sheri and Candace) who were actually very helpful.
The wifi did not work. We complained about it the first day we checked in (Thursday) and it wasn't fixed until Saturday - after calling Booking.com to intervene on our behalf.
Despite many inquiries and complaints to the front desk, nothing they were doing fixed it for our building (building #3). The rest of the property had a connection, it was just our building that was out. The manager (or owner, perhaps) "Vik" was rude and threatened to have the police called to kick us out of the room. All for complaining about no WiFi. I was supposed to do some work, but was not able to. "Vik" suggested I bring my laptop to the front office to work-since they had WiFi. SMH.
