We had a wonderful stay for our Spring Break! Beautiful property with plenty of space for our large group of 15. There is so much to do on-site from the swimming pool and kayaks to fishing and games. We saw manatee, lobsters and a lot of fish right off the dock. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed cooking for a large group. We loved our lazy days by the pool and heading out for fun adventures in the local area. Thanks to the owner, Kevin, for personally showing us the highlights of the house when we arrived and for a great place to stay.

The location is awesome, fishing, walking and within distance to the beach and a little sandwich shop. The house is amazing and the pool beautiful. The owner is very responsive if needed. Every moment spent there was fantastic.

The place was beautiful, very clean, lots of Room. The pictures were a bit misleading. There are 3 floors, but the lower level is set up like a small apartment with a separate entrance. The main floor has 3 bedrooms (2 include bathrooms). The top floor has a master suite and loft. Kevin was very easy to deal with and provided everything we needed. Fishing poles, Kayaks, Bicycles, Ice Machine, Gas Firepit with lots of seating. The pool was just right for the warmer days. We saw Manatees right under the dock on the property. We had a great week!

Place was great kayaks and bikes were great we all exercised into marathon town. Really felt like home after a few days. House close to restaurants and shopping and affords plenty of privacy with beautiful epic views, highly recommend! Plenty of dock space for boats, and for visits from the local Mantee and fish-stealing Pelican.

Our family met here for our Summer vacay and the house was everything the listing said it was. We enjoyed the pool and rented a boat which was nice to have right outside at the dock.

Amazing week in the sun!
Amazing week spent with family! Large property to fit us all and have space together and separate! Beautiful warm pool to hang out in all day/night! Manatees off the dock. Perfect area to kayak! Close to many places to visit! Roof top to watch sunrise and sunset! Close walk to the beach! Highly recommend! Owner is very great to work with and easy to get ahold of!

Excellent stay!
The pictures do not do this place justice. Was even better than what we saw online! Highly recommend for a big group. There were 15 of us (all adults) and plenty of space for everyone. Used the kayaks and bikes, all of which were in good shape. We even saw manatees right off the dock of the house! Was a great trip.

Kevin was very responsive to any inquiries. The house is well appointed. We made use of the pool, bikes and kayaks. Convenient location to travel to Key West or North to check out other Keys. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation home with something for everyone

Beautiful home
Kevin’s house was large enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. We enjoyed the pool, especially our kids. The option to heat the pool is nice as the water was a bit chilly unheated in January. The house was clean and was well stocked with supplies. We would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome 2 week stay
We stayed for 2 weeks in early August. Even though the weather didn't cooperate much of the time, there is plenty to do and enjoy at this house. From the bikes to the kayaks to the pool, we had a great stay. The house itself is exceptional - it has multiple separate living spaces, which is optimal for multiple families, but has several nice gathering spaces (living room, pool, porches) for everyone to be together. We loved it!

Perfect Boater's Paradise
Great setup for fishing, diving, or just hanging out! We had a large group with plenty of room and space...indoor and outdoor. We loved sitting by the pool on windy days and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was very large to accommodate all of our cooking needs. The boys favorite amenity was the commercial ice maker! Thank you Kevin for being so available for all of our questions and needs. We will be back!!!

Wonderful place
We had a great time. Place was spacious and all amenities you could ask for . I even left a snorkel - which has never been used . Close to grocery stores and waterfront restaurants.

Gramma’s Christmas in July
The property was absolutely beautiful. The property manager/owner was awesome. Our teens and young adults loved to kayak. We had plenty of room for our entire family. We would consider renting this property next year. Fishing from the dock was so so. Next year we will rent a boat. We did bring the jet ski for a little added water fun. The sunset on the upper deck was amazing.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The only thing was the loft is not an actual bedroom suitable to consider in your number of bedrooms you need to accommodate 6 couples. Overall we loved marathon!!

We were very comfortable and would recommend this house highly. There was something for everyone -- kayaks, fishing, a pool and plenty of lounge chairs for sitting/reading. House is lovely and we were all very pleased. Would go back again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic family vacation

Third stay in Marathon
This was our third different house rental in Marathon. This particular house was as advertised, and the owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. House was on a canal with good dockage for our water toys. House was very clean and fairly modern. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Would definitely rent again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 13 adults with plenty of room. The property was perfect for daytime swim, evenings by the fire pit and fished off the docks. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and bikes as well. Kevin was easy to communicate with.

A group of health care workers seeking a much needed break stayed at this property. It was well situated in a nice quiet area. Plenty of space for all. Could have used beach chairs and a cooler.

Perfect for our family
We enjoyed ourselves. The house is laid out for large groups and allows for privacy. Restaurants in the area were great, fishing was wonderful and the pool and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well appointed for large groups also.

Millionare home for a week fabulous!
The family enjoyed the kayaks the manatees swam around with them in the canal. Bikes were available as was a pool table many movies and board games. Evenings around the fire pit was the best. Pool furniture and swing was great. Nice fish cleaning area with bait.refrigerator.
Nice big frying pan and all kitchen appliances. Hope we can go back next year. Great vacation family week
