Es un edificio nuevo ubicado en el hermoso campo, pero a pocos minutos del mar de Torre Guaceto y de muchos lugares de interés como la famosa ciudad blanca de Ostuni, Martina Franca Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Locorotondo, Alberobello y hermosas áreas de Salento. Este nuevo edificio moderno está equipado con Wi-Fi, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado y calefacción. La villa cuenta con una gran piscina al aire libre, tumbonas, sofás, zona de aparcamiento y zona de barbacoa y está rodeada de un jardín con césped extendido.
La villa dispone de 2 apartamentos independientes. En el apartamento principal hay 3 dormitorios con 3 baños, cocina y sala de estar. En el segundo apartamento hay 1 dormitorio, una sala de estar con sofá cama para un total de 4 camas, 2 baños y otra cocina.
La cocina está bien equipada y hay muchas áreas interiores y exteriores donde se puede desayunar, almorzar o cenar.
El establecimiento se encuentra a las afueras de Carovigno, a solo 15 minutos de la parte histórica de Ostuni, el centro de la ciudad con muchos cafés, restaurantes, boutiques y mercados auténticos. Sin embargo, es muy tranquilo, casi aislado.

The villa is even more beautiful than described, very clean and comfortable, and Rita and Giovanni are great hosts. Very welcoming and responsive for any questions or issues.
We were two families staying together and had lots of space. The pool was amazing, very well maintained and clean, with an outdoor shower. Many outdoor sitting areas, and we enjoyed eating on the porch every day. Wifi and air conditioning worked well.
Nearest town and groceries are about a 15 minute drive away, so there is nothing within walking distance, but well situated to visit nearby beaches and towns for sightseeing by car.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful spot for a home base for their visit to Puglia!

We arrived with a smiling welcome even though we were late. We stayed for 3 full weeks enjoying all Apuglia has to offer and we always felt we had a home to return to. Our hosts, Rita & Giovanni , were the best! They answered all our questions and needs and they were very responsive if we needed anything. The villa was very comfortable and spacious serving all our families needs. The grounds were meticulously kept and the pool! Well let's just say I spent every day swimming in that beautiful, large clean pool, we all loved it!
We didn't want to leave, the property, the area and most of all our new friends, Rita & Giovanni. We hope to come back someday and if we do they are the hosts we will look for!

We explored all of the great sights of Puglia, but coming home to this villa was the best part of the day. The property is large with lots of fruit trees and olive trees around the property, the pool is spectacular and the home is immaculate. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to make it a perfect experience. If you go to Puglia, this villa is in the center of it all. Look no further- this is a paradise.

The villa was really lovely , very spacious and just as described - if not better . The outside areas were brilliant , and the pool was beautiful. The area is so tranquil and peaceful . We had a minor problem which was sorted out immediately. Communication was excellent . 1 small suggestion perhaps to have a few more mugs ? But we had a super week . Thankyou .

We stayed for 3 weeks during August 2022 and had an amazing time. Rita and Giovanni are literally two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and went massively over and above to make our stay memorable and easy (providing recommendations, organising taxis/baby sitters/chef services/ clearing services, and even providing some medical advice!). The highlight of the trip was Rita and Giovanni coming over for dinner to make pizza’s in the professional pizza oven, which is part of the outdoor kitchen. We felt like a real Italian family!
The house is great and exactly as advertised and the ground are beautiful. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower got plenty of use with the kids and were a big hit.
The villa is an easy drive to Ostuni but there are countless equally beautiful and interesting cities within 30-40 minute drive to explore.
The beach is an easy c. 10 minute drive away as well and many beautiful options. You will need a rental car as the house is not really walkable to anything.
Overall a fantastic trip, house, and most importantly hosts.

Fantastiskt hus med underbar pool, vuxna som barn kunde hoppa och dyka i den. Många bra platser att vistas på, både i sol och skugga. Värdparet Rita och Giovanni var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Endlich unser persönliches Paradies gefunden!
Nach mehrfachen Anläufen ein geeignetes Feriendomizil für die Großfamilie (7+ Hund) zu finden, sind wir hier fündig geworden. Schon die Anreise durch einen schier unendlichen Olivenhain - fern ab von Partymeile oder Stau - traumhaft! Der Empfang durch die sehr herzlichen Eigentümer des Anwesens - Rita& Giovanni - mit Wein und Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk - ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet reichlich Stauraum, eine großzügige Küche mit allem was man braucht und herrlich gemütliche Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten rundherum. Erwartet man allerdings eine luxuriöse oder besonders stylische Einrichtung, könnte man vielleicht etwas enttäuscht sein.. Auch die Bäder sind ‚zweckmäßig’ :) ..
Der Garten hingegen besitzt einen parkähnlichen Charakter - auch die Zufahrt zum Anwesen - wunderbar! Alles landestypisch, sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Zahlreiche Obstbäume erfreuten besonders die Kinder! Die Krönung der Außenanlage ist der SEHR große und tiefe Pool! Tägliches Toben& Leistungsschwimmen konnten parallel stattfinden! Auch der schon häufiger erwähnte ‚Pizzaabend‘ durch Rita& Giovanni war eines unserer Urlaubshighlights! Beste Pizza überhaupt!!! Herzlichen Dank nochmals von allen 11 hungrigen Gästen!!!
Um nun nicht nur zu schwärmen, hier ein paar klitzekleine Kritikpunkte am Paradies..
Eine Wespenplage vereitelte schmerzhaft so manches Frühstück. Ob es hier aber tatsächlich etwas gibt, das Abhilfe schafft?
Das WLAN funktionierte zum völligen Entsetzen der Kinder nicht und war auch durch Giovannis mehrfachen Einsatz nicht zu ‚reparieren‘. Die Erwachsenen störte das eher weniger …
Das Anwesen liegt ca 6 km auf engsten Straßen vom nächsten Bäcker/ Supermarkt entfernt. Man muss also den Einkauf schon etwas planen..
Zum herrlichen Strand sind es dann doch ca 18km (Spiaggia di Pilone).
Scheinbar sind wir alle ‚Weich- Schläfer‘ und hatten Probleme mit den Matratzen - im Appartement ist das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden. Ebenso die Einrichtung dort..
Aber all diese Kritik ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau und schmälerte keinesfalls unser Urlaubsvergnügen!
Selbst eine vergessene Sonnenbrille sendete uns Rita nach und schimpfte nicht über zerbrochene Teller..
Fazit.
Ein herrlicher Urlaub im Nirgendwo - mit ausgezeichnetem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Hoffe, wir kommen bald mal wieder!!

Schöne Villa mit riesigem Pool
Die Villa ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt und daher nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer es ruhig haben will, wird hier fündig. Das Objekt bietet alles für einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden oder der (großen) Familie. Besonders der Pool ist der Hammer, da man dort locker mit 8 Personen baden kann und auch mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen ohne nach einem Zug am anderen Ende zu sein. Toll sind auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Lounges sowie die Outdoorküche. Wem also der Spot im Urlaub das wichtigste ist und gerne zu Hause grillt oder kocht ist hier richtig. Wer gerne abends noch kurz vor die Tür will, muss das mit dem Auto machen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und kümmern sich um alles, der gemeinsame Pizzaback Abend war besonders für die Kinder super.

Splendida vacanza in un contesto da sogno
Ho soggiornato in questa splendida Villa con la mia famiglia (6 adulti + 2 bambini) nelle 2 settimane centrali del mese di agosto. La villa è inserita in un contesto suggestivo, presenta ogni tipo di comfort ed il proprietario, Giovanni, è sempre molto attento a qualsiasi richiesta.
Nei dintorni è possibile fare diverse escursioni in bici ma anche a piedi nonché godersi splendide giornate in piscina o raggiungere facilmente il mare.
È sicuramente una vacanza che consiglio e che spero di ripetere al più presto!! Grazie.

We have just returned from 9 fantastic nights at this amazing rural villa! It was very clean and well equipped and we can’t praise the lovely villa owners, Giovanni and Rita, enough! They were so hospitable, even baking us all a huge pie and showing us how a real pizza is made using the impressive outside pizza oven! The outside space is beautiful with a huge pool and patio area, surrounded by olive and various fruit trees. We feel extremely lucky to have been able to experience this special place in the middle of such gloomy times. We hope to come back again to explore properly in the near future.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été charmés par le lieu.La villa est moderne, spacieuse et située dans une campagne paisible au milieu des lauriers et d’oliviers plusieurs fois centenaires.Les propriétaires Giovanni et Rita nous ont accueillis très amicalement et ils se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long de notre séjour…(et même après) et nous ont aidés à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin.La villa offre de multiples endroits où on peut se reposer confortablement à l’abri du soleil sous la galerie en dessous de la pergola ou à l’ombre des oliviers. Pour ceux qui préfèrent les bains de soleil, l’aménagement autour de la piscine est idéal. La piscine est de bonne dimension, propre, et la température est idéale pour se rafraîchir.Pour découvrir les Pouilles et ses jolis villages blancs, ou pour aller à la plage, la situation de la villa est idéale et permet des excursions d’une journée dans les villages environnants et un retour à la villa pour un repos et un rafraichissement bien mérité. A brilliant villa
We had a perfect family holiday at this villa - absolutely loved it. It was in a fabulous location and it was beautiful. The garden and the huge pool were particularly lovely. Inside was clean, friendly, spacious and comfortable. We were travelling with two small children and the fact that the grounds were enclosed, that the gardens were lawn and extensive and that the pool's steps were not steep and were soft for children to use made for a very relaxing experience. There are some lovely towns and beaches very nearby to visit (although the pool and garden was so nice that we actually didn't visit beaches as often as anticipated). Caravigno was our favourite town and our favourite restaurant was Miramare (known to the locals as Da Michele) in Santa Sabina - outstanding seafood (but equally delicious pizza and pasta for non seafood lovers) and great atmosphere. The villa owners were kind and welcoming and happy to help out answering questions both before, during and after the trip! The villa is even better in person than in pictures. We will definitely be returning.

Villa was absolutely lovely, particularly the large pool and surrounding area with comfy sun beds and well kept gardens. Rita and Giovanni were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. As we were arriving late evening Rita prepared a lovely meal for us which was a great treat. Some picturesque villages nearby to visit, Ostuni being our favourite. Would definitely recommend Dish for food in Ostuni and La Loggia in Carovigno, both recommended by our hosts and both lovely quality food in great surroundings.

Villa was absolutely lovely, particularly the large pool and surrounding area with comfy sun beds and well kept gardens. Rita and Giovanni were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. As we were arriving late evening Rita prepared a lovely meal for us which was a great treat. Some picturesque villages nearby to visit, Ostuni being our favourite. Would definitely recommend Dish for food in Ostuni and La Loggia in Carovigno, both recommended by our hosts and both lovely quality food in great surroundings.

Splendida villa in una splendida location
Bellissima vacanza e villa splendida! Quando abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno ci siamo affidati alle foto pubblicate sull'annuncio: al momento dell'arrivo ci siamo resi conto che la villa era proprio come ce l'aspettavamo. Immersa nel verde, a poca distanza dai principali servizi e dal mare, comoda, spaziosa, pulita e con una piscina da sogno. Il patio e il gazebo sono, poi, veramente funzionali.
Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Giovanni che ci ha dato anche utili indicazioni sulle spiagge, sui negozi e sui luoghi da visitare, assistendoci, al bisogno, nei giorni successivi con grande cura.
Sicuramente consiglierei la villa a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e, al tempo stesso, vicina a luoghi di interesse culturale e di divertimento

Eccellente per atmosfera, abitabilità, posizione
Abbiamo soggiornato in villa per due settimane con 3 famiglie e 5 bambini con meno di 3 anni quindi l'abitabilità della casa è stata messa a dura prova...ed ha risposto alla grande!! Ogni famiglia riusciva a mantenere la propria privacy ma allo stesso tempo condividere le numerose aree in comune per godersi la vacanza...
La piscina è ovviamente il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e anche gli adulti non hanno disdegnato qualche bracciata visto anche la più che sufficiente lunghezza della stessa; i nostri bimbi hanno anche apprezzato tantissimo il bellissimo prato inglese che circonda la casa perfetto che correre e giocare in sicurezza e allegria.
L'interno della casa è ben curata, ogni camera da letto ha un bagno privato e le stanze sono grandi e confortevoli.
La posizione geografica è buona in quanto comoda per raggiungere il mare in 5' minuti di macchina e comunque vicino all'autostrada per poter raggiungere qualsiasi altra meta.
Per ultimo ma in verità un "plus" importantissimo sono i proprietari Gianni e Rita. Cordialità, disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia non mancheranno mai durante il soggiorno e daranno una grande mano per rendere la vacanza perfetta.

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten
Auch wir können uns den vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gross und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Der riesige Garten mit den wunderschönen, alten Olivenbäumen und dem grossen Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum Entspannen und in Ruhe zu geniessen. Rita, Giovanni und die ganze Familie, sind sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Von ihrer Gastfreundschaft und ihren wunderbaren Kochkünsten ganz zu schweigen.
Alles in allem sehr schön, wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique!
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette superbe villa entourée d'oliviers centenaires. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine énorme et agréable pour les enfants et l'espace barbecue est parfait pour passer de magnifiques soirées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la maison et l'intimité que celle-ci offrait ( une salle de bain pour chaque chambre) malgré le fait que nous étions 11 personnes! Rita et Giovanni étaient à l'écoute et TRÈS disponibles. Cette région est tout simplement superbe et nous avons tous passé d'excellentes vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beautiful villa amongst olive groves
The villa consists of an open kitchen and living room, 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The covered terrace with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area is accessible from the kitchen and living room. The terrace runs more or less around the villa. There is a large roof terrace with views over the Adriatic sea and the surrounding olive groves. Below the house, with a separate entrance, is the fourth bedroom as part of a large apartment. This bedroom only has two very small windows and no airconditioning. A fan and open door ensured that the room did not become stuffy and too warm. No WIFI signal here.
The villa has WIFI but it is slow. Cellphone reception is not great but calls are feasible.
The villa is surrounded by a large (5,000 m2 at least), well maintained garden with beautiful olive and fruit trees. The garden is walled and fenced (fence on top of the wall), which is great if you bring dogs like we did. Access to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate.
The swimming pool is wonderful. Large and deep, with the water up to the level of the pool deck. The flowing water of the infinity pool ensures a very relaxing sound. The pool deck is large and sunbeds are provided. There is no shade on the pool deck but plenty under the olive trees in the garden. The pool deck on one side has a nice shaded dining area, which sits next to the excellent barbeque and traditional wood pizza oven. The whole area is nicely lit at night.
The property is surrounded by olive groves with many centuries-old olive trees. The only not natural sounds one can hear are from the occasionally passing trains and cars. The train tracks are 300-400 meters (in a straight line) from the property and it is not a busy line. Cars are rare, perhaps a couple of dozen max during a whole day. Most of the day, very quiet and really away from everything.
The area offers enough to do: beaches, towns, shopping, wineries, restaurants, national parks and much more. One needs a car and the average speed on any road except for the motorway is low, so it takes some time to get around. Beaches are very busy in August.
Most of the days there was a nice wind blowing resulting in pleasant (not too hot) weather conditions even in high summer.
Last but certainly not least: the owners Rita and Giovanni. They are very friendly, very helpful, wonderful cooks and many more good things you should find out for yourself!

Ho trovato esattamente quello che mi era stato descritto nell'annuncio, e cioè pulizia, piacevolezza degli ambienti ampi e confortevoli, ottima e strategica posizione per poter fare mare e visitare i paesi della zona. Inoltre è da mettere in risalto l'accoglienza dei proprietari, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Quindi il mio giudizio è ottimo, tanto da consigliarlo a parenti e amici. Ed io ripeterò sicuramente la vacanza perchè rientrata in città ritemprata e soddisfatta. Grazie quindi a Giovanni e alla squisita Rita.

Villa tra ulivi secolari a Carovigno
Il nostro soggiorno è stato magnifico!
La villa è organizzata benissimo, confortevole, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort.
L'ambiente esterno con la piscina a sfioro è il luogo ideale per trascorrere ore di relax ed in compagnia di amici. Il giardino ha delle piante stupende ed alcuni tra gli ulivi più belli che abbia visto nella zona: delle vere statue naturali!
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e subito disponibili per ogni evenienza.
Nonostanza la pochissima distanza dal mare, abbiamo preferito passare la maggior parte delle nostre giornate nella villa, trattandosi di un vero, piccolo paradiso.
Consiglio a chiunque questà proprietà.
