It was very clean
The bed was horrible it need new mattress bad. I left with a terrible back ache. I was in room 127.

Check in was fast, easy. The location, the size of the room, the kitchenette in the room was nice to have. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast each morning was the same but plenty of it for everyone. Breakfast attendant kept it clean and stocked and made us feel so welcome.
The first room we were located on the 4th floor and under the rooftop HVAC unit. We could hear it turning on and off all night long which kept us awake. We requested a room change and were accommodated in a very timely manner.

The breakfast was great.!! The ladies who worked the eating area were friendly, courteous and helpful...They anticipated the customers' needs, wants..... This is tremendously missing in the customer contact segment in the business.
I asked that my room be made.... I didn't know I had to say to change the sheets. The previous night I spilt some ginger ale on the sheet. The stain was still there.

breakfast was less than desirable. offered no meat at all. very basic. biscuits were hard. but it is free.....

The Shower
The water pressure was horrible. The sheets,
and pillowcases had blood stains on them as well as long strands of hair that did not belong to me or my spouse.

I liked the spacious room. the pool and the bbq place. The staff was nice and professional.

Property was nice and clean. I have always loved this hotel chain.
They apparently are now allowing anyone to bring animals. There were 4 customers with large dogs. One was large, aggressive and had to be muzzled. He kept growling and trying to fight with another customers tiny dog. He growled at my children. This massive dog (looked like a St. Bernard) was being led around by a teenager. This was a dog so aggressive that he needed a muzzle. I was not comfortable with this at all. If this is what is allowed here, I’ll have to rethink staying here with small children.

Great location. A few minutes drive from everything. Friendly staff and very clean facility.
Did not care for the breakfast. Very generic, low guality and limited selection. But coffee and juice was great.

The room was nice and clean. Very well equipped
The pipes burst during my stay and my family was unable to shower or brush our teeth. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and dirty water was resting from the last guests stay. The staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional when told of our issues.
