The front desk attendant was the only pleasant experience I had at this hotel. She was very sweet, understanding, and patient. She needs a raise.

The room was in poor condition, with mold growing in the restroom sink, restroom door had mold, mold was growing on the room sofa, mold on the base of the bed, mold in the room furniture (desk &cabinet), mold on the linning of the carpet and wall. The manager/owner tried to say it was "paint" when it was clearly not! I grabbed a tissue and wiped the surface down and showed him it was mold. As soon as you walked in the room you could clearly smell the mold and moisture in the room. I requested a refund and the manager/owner said he would be happy to refund me but refused to put it in writing and only gave a cancelation form of the room. They tried to accommodate me to another room but I declined due to state of the current room I was given I was told my money would be back into my account in a couple of business days and it has yet to be processed, but denied! I am furious!Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! I am still fighting to get compensated for this booking I did not even stay at!

The breakfast was the best thing there.

My linen on the bed was dirty and I had to ask for clean sheets and make the bed myself.

Breakfast was great. Same lady prepared everything and does an amazing job!! She deserves a raise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was fairly clean just couple things

The shower floor was stained and looked real dirty.

Room was very roomy. Plenty of light

Tub was clogged so you showered in yours and others filth. It just kept getting deeper and deeper while you were showering and it was gritty on the tub bottom. Otherwise it was clean. But that part was disgusting
