the desk manager was very welcoming

my husband went out to our van at about 4am to get an oxygen tank and there was a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell and quite a few people “milling about”

Love the staff very welcoming the room was very clean bathrooms clean no concerns .

It was the only hotel with vacancy that was not price gouging.

The location. The lighting around it makes for a nervous environment.

Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfy!

No ash tray in a smoking room

The location

Roaches in the room, hair in the shower and on towels. Phone and microwave was dusty, floor not swept clean and it was sticky. Fridge had unfinished and opened soda cans in it.

Convenienance of location for travel and amenities.

Room floor was very dirty. My white socks were black on the bottom from one trip from the bathroom to the bed.

It's not the best for kids.... Most don't eat almonds bars, and maybe just regular strawberry or berry yogurt. Better would be the mini cereal and pick what yogurt flavor. It's still appreciated though

Plenty of space.

We walked in and water in the bathtub was running. Had to fiddle with it to get it to stop. The clock on the nightstand was unplugged, so had to pull out the nightstand to plug it in and set it. Also had to set the clock on the microwave (which had a broken carousel). Went for ice and was told it was broken, so had to go to another building to use theirs. Then found a dirty towel left hanging on the bathroom doorknob. Then couldn't get wifi to work, so had to call tech support so they could bypass login authentication for my device. When we tried to hang up clothes in the wardrobe, there were no hangers, so had to go to the front desk to request some. Getting ready for bed found cigarette burns in the sheets.

The tub was not clean. There was poles that was sticking out from the bed that I kept hitting my legs on . bathroom really small paid $90

It was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled heavy of smoke it was dirty had no towels we complained about it and they said well there's no refund wouldn't even switch us there was other guest in the lobby complaining about the same stuff. And there was other guest walking around looking in cars. We just checked out and went to another hotel cause the stuff wouldn't reroom us. R kids have asma so they couldn't stay in the room with smoke.

nasty bathroom, smoke smell in the bed. this supposed to be a non smoking room. towels didn’t look clean and I was afraid to use them.

Bed
