Great location! Nice kitchen

The mattress was very uncomfortable, felt cheap & hard. The pillows were so flat I had to put folded towels under them to add a little volume. The sofa was also hard as a rock. Bottom line, we were all three miserable with the bedding/sleeping situation.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Getting into the building was easy. Lobby looked inviting. The unit itself was cute. Tall ceilings, big bathroom.

The unit was not clean. Floors and counters were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The bed was terribly uncomfortable! It made so much noise! And the couch was so uncomfortable! Trying to sleep on the couch pullout was impossible. That couch should not be advertised as a second bed. The TV was not connected and was a minor inconvenience and I would suggest another TV in the bedroom. This was not a restful stay. The bed and couch are actually so uncomfortable, it should be unacceptable. Please fix this because this unit has so much potential!

Location was good, walking distance to everything needed

Bed had ants in it, the shower needed pliers to turn on the water

Every thing was hard the bed the sofa the iron didn’t work

I like the location and the property manager was a good guy that helped as much as he was aloud to but the rest of the Hosteeva staff I had to deal with on the phone about my stay was so rude.

I didn’t like how it wasn’t the room I had booked it was really dirty still and then 3fays into my stay which I paid $1600 dollars to stay there I started seeing roaches and then when I tried to move apartments or locations it took days for a response so at that point I wanted my money back which I didn’t get I got moved into a different room and had the same issue in that one . Over all the trip was so bad my girlfriend had left and were no longer together.

The location was perfect!

The elevator was slow.
