-nestled in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with lots of walking paths (we walked everyday for a week and never took the same route)

My kids and family had a blast. The space was perfect for our family of four plus grandpa. Host was very good at communicating and the pool are is beautiful! Would stay here again for sure!

The property was as advertised and communication with the property manager was very good. The pool was beautiful. Some of the pool toys were kind of dirty but we worked around that. All in all it was a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, for just over a month. It was perfect for our family of four and it had everything we needed for our longer than normal stay. We enjoyed the private pool and the quiet neighborhood. We all had plenty of space and comfortable beds. The Gilbert area provides a great location to get away, yet still be close to all the fun activities and beautiful scenery that Arizona has to offer. The owner was really easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I highly recommend booking this property!

Great location & very nice and quiet neighborhood - very nice house perfect for our family of 4. VERY CLEAN and well stocked with supplies & towels. Kids LOVED the pool and the fenced backyard! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect. Just as described.
We were in the area for our sons’ futsal training camp at Legacy Sports Complex. This home was cozy, well appointed, and close to everything we needed. We loved that there were shampoos, spices, and other household items left from previous guests. It made the stay feel like we were staying at a friends home. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a great way to end the day.
Brad was prompt and clear in all our communication. The notebook with instructions and recommendations was well considered and helpful.
My family of five highly recommend this home.

Great Gilbert getaway
A comfortable and clean home with all the amenities we needed in a good location. The welcome book was very helpful with all the details and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The pool was great! Bradley was easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay in Gilbert AZ
The pictures and description were right on, it was perfect for us. We loved the patio and bbq. The pool was warm and we had a lot of fun playing water basketball.

Great Place and Neighborhood
This is a wonderful place to stay. Very nicely appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor area and pool. The neighborhood is a great place for that morning or evening walk. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing vacation place for our family. The location and neighborhood were wonderful. We and our dog Louie met so many people that became friends by the end of our stay. The swimming pool is a great perk to this property.

Perfect house and pool for my family. We had so much fun playing pool basketball everyday. House was clean and well equipped for basic cooking. Lots of bath towels which was very nice.

Beautiful place and great time very quiet but close to all needed for stay

The owner was very quick to respond, fix problems and was pleasant, however, there were a lot of problems. Pool heat fluctuated, Alarms blaring with no off switch, broken faucet, burnt out light bulbs, inactive smoke alarm. I am certain that the owner will take care of all deficiencies prior to the next booking. I sincerely wish I could have stayed the entire time, but had to leave mid vacation due to the COVID Pandemic.

Great Place
This was our first time using VRBO. The owner had great communication and responded promptly to all my messages. The house was clean, and had plenty of towels, dishes, cooking pans etc for our family of six. Our two older boys were thrilled when they saw an Xbox to use on their downtime. Having young kids, we also took advantage of the park a couple blocks away.
My only criticism, was the pool (by accident) wasn’t heated when we got there, which was a bummer because that’s why we chose that property. Brad was very apologetic and quickly got the heater going. The pool heated up and was ready to use by the next evening.
My husband is already talking about going back next February, and we would definitely use this property again.
