El piso de arriba tiene 2 dormitorios / 1 baño y una segunda terraza grande con muebles de exterior. El nivel superior conduce a la cubierta superior del techo con vistas de 360 grados y una Palapa en la que puede sentarse durante horas para disfrutar de la vista al mar. Hay hamacas debajo de la Palapa, así como sillas para la relajación total. Desde la Palapa, tendrás vistas del océano Caribe, el arrecife y las vistas del océano en el lado opuesto de sotavento de la isla también.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay at this property. This is my third time at this property and the staff is always inviting and welcoming. Comfortable beds, Clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere to recover and prepare for our next day fishing.

We had family meet up in Caye Caulker for 3 nights. It was better than expected. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Clean. Roof top patio was fun to sit on at night and not bother anyone in house. Just great.

Plenty of room for the 3 of us, had everything we needed. Rooftop palapas were a nice bonus, as was the fact that Weezie's was just a few yards away. Shared pool was great and offered shady and sunny seating. Quiet neighborhood, gated complex with security staff. Front desk had drinks for purchase and attentive, helpful staff that could arrange for tours or taxis, whatever you need. Five minute walk to the nearest grocery store, and 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. We did lose water overnight twice (construction maybe?), but it was fixed by 9am or so each time. Overall a nice place to stay!

My partner and I took our 19 year old niece for her first trip out of the country. She wanted to go somewhere that spoke English and had beaches.
I chose this property because it had great amenities for anyone who just wanted to stay back at "home base". The swim dock was amazing, and the pool was nice and cool on the hotter days. The rooftop allowed us to see the beautiful sunsets.
Two rooms meant we all had our own space. This was even better than we had hoped for and was a short walk to town when we wanted a little more activity.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker. Our Carribean Sunrise Cottage was incredible. Immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated, comfy beds & pillows (even the sofa couch our son says was comfy lol), very friendly staff, and the location was perfect for us. The rooftop deck was serene and well used by our 2 teenagers and ourselves (mom/dad). The beach and dock space to lay back & tan, or take off paddle boarding was only a few steps from the cottage. We enjoyed the bike rentals and used them every day we were there. We will most definitely will be back and will be booking the same place no doubt. Cheers and happy vacationing!

Our stay was wonderful! The Caribbean Sunset Cottage was lovely. Impeccably clean. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils, cookware, and food storage. Washer worked well and the clothesline for drying was quaint and convenient. The pool was a huge hit with our kids! The alleyway boasts a great cafe, gorgeous flowers, and is the short walkway to the dock and water. Absolutely beautiful! We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which worked well to reach the busier side of the island. We felt very at home here and would love to return!

My family enjoyed our week stay at the condo. The condo was immaculate and well furnished. Loved the wood accents. Loved the access to the top deck. The grounds were well kept, with someone continually raking leaves and cleaning. Nice dock and lounge chairs. Noticed that there was nighttime security at the complex entrance and dock. The property was fairly close to town and we walked most days, and rented bikes from the condo a few times. We toured the island on our bikes and have to say that the Palmetto complex is the top complex on the island. Taxis were arranged for both arrivals and departures at the water taxi dock which was very convenient. Could not be happier with our stay.

The cottage was absolutely perfect! Great quiet spot on the island, lovely dock with swimming and boating access steps away, pool right out front, roof deck with panoramic island views plus lots of birds to watch. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and two bathrooms was very helpful to have for a family of four. We also enjoyed the cafe nearby for a quick coffee and breakfast option. We absolutely will be back!

The four of us had an awesome time at Caribbean Sunrise Cottage. Super clean, terrific pool, dock and rooftop deck. Beds were very comfortable, AC works great. Velento Rental personnel were super. Will definitely stay in that semi-private, super safe area again.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days and the experience was outstanding! House is well appointed and beautiful. All appliances and AC were working flawlessly. Staff onsite were warm and welcoming and they were very helpful when needed; all while being respectful of our privacy. Weezies cafe located steps away was very convenient and everything we tried there was delicious! The swimming dock and pool were fantastic as well! We will certainly return!!

We rented two properties for a group of 10 family members. It was wonderful! The property was clean and better than advertised with the view from thatch roofed Palapas becoming a group favorite - some of the best views on the island and a great place to cool off in the heat of the day while still being outside. The staff took wonderful care of us - always available and responsive! We would come back!

What a perfect place to stay! Amazingly clean inside, and the outside areas were raked and cleaned daily. We had all of the assistance we needed, without any intrusions. The space was beautiful, simply decorated with a gorgeous rooftop porch. The pool area itself was like having a private pool. Most amazing, perhaps, was the dock area and ability to jump in the ocean. If we returned to Caye Caulker, we would absolutely stay here!

Velento Properties was attentive from start to finish. The house was just as pictured and very private, clean, and comfortable. We were a group of people in our 70s and would have liked to be closer to restaurants and activities, but the caye is small and the location would be great for younger groups.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Caribbean Sunrise Cottage. The location is excellent and the surrounding landscape is gorgeous. The home was a perfect size for a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. The home was spacious, clean and had had what we needed. So cute and had true Caribbean feel with beautiful wood throughout. Another shower would have been nice but the island is so casual it was fine. We loved the pool and dock. We traveled with another family that rented the home that shared our pool. We also loved the beautiful rooftop.. just needed more time to enjoy it all. We used the bikes all week. Weezies cafe is just steps away.. towards the shared dock and suggestion cafe a 5 min walk.. both great great spots for coffee and breakfast and awesome to have so close.

Simply Perfect
What a perfect vacation property and location! Caye Caulker itself is a delight and this property was the perfect way to enjoy. A short 1 minute walk to the water, a pool, decks and a private rooftop patio, bikes for rent on the property, water, air conditioning, and all the other amenities we needed were provided. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. They even helped us arrange transport for the next stages of our Belize trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We loved being in this location on the island and had perfect parking for our gold cart every day (highly recommend renting one if in this location with a family).
