A wonderful place to stay for our wedding! It felt really special staying in such an old beautiful property. It was very well kitted out, the welcome basket and hot tub were fantastic! We went for a walk in park and saw deer and lots of wildlife. It’s well located, within walking distance of the fabulous bolney stage pub. We loved it and have amazing memories - thank you!

Great little house with period charm and pretty much everything you could need.
Appreciated the complimentary food, coffee etc.
A better Bluetooth speaker would be great.
Flooring might need to be fixed at some point.
We had a full house and the toilet paper ran out fast!
Shame you can hear the motorway, but not much can be done about that.

The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the whole atmosphere of the house was warm and cosy. The estate had beautiful walks too.
Not a problem for our group, but the steep spiral staircase might be an issue for some.

Beautiful grounds and lovely, comfortable, well equipped accommodation. They thought of every little detail and the property manager was extremely helpful. Basket of goodies was delicious and a can't find fault in anything. We had a wonderful weekend staying ther and would love to go back!

this was a great place to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday as family could dine in with us comfortably for the evening.
The kitchen, dining room and lounge were luxurious. The attention to detail was perfect. we loved the original features of the Lodge mixed in with the contemporary modern comfort. The underfloor heating was wonderful in December: it was very cosy. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was gorgeously clean and comfortable. The bathroom was sumptuous.

Everything! Beautiful setting and amazing decor , felt like we were in France 🇫🇷. Lovely touch was the basket of local Farm Shop provisions .

Fantastic location near the main London-Brighton road but surrounded by unspoilt parkland with stunning views across the Sussex Weald. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The spiral staircase takes a bit of skill navigating!

The house was beautiful , clean and had all the amenities anyone would want in a house rental. There was a lovely welcome basket too which was really appreciated.
There was nothing to complain about but maybe just a mention that the beautiful staircase was spiral and although I had no problems with them , this could be an issue with the older generation.

Great surrounding land, great parking, great pub nearby. Cooking facilities were great.
Lovely hamper. Very clean and bath was stunning, but we didn't use it. Bathroom was very nice in general
Could do with more tea mugs and a teapot.
Wish we spent more time here.

Eleanor was amazing -quick easy check in. She let us have total privacy but was on hand if needed. The lodge was so clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Lovely welcome hamper and a beautiful house and estate with some lovely walks. Could not get my 20 year old daughter off the swing by the lake for an hour- such good fun- I think as adults we forget simple pleasures like being pushed high on a swing.

Great house; well appointed and very comfortable. 63 acre grounds wonderful for peaceful walks. Easy to get to and very friendly, supportive management. Great value.
