The cost

Furniture uncomfortable and very noisy location.

I expressed to the managing staff the first night of my stay that there was bugs crawling on the bed that were visual and when zoomed in on camera clearly looked like bed bugs. I asked them to relocate me but no other pent house was available since my sisters had rented the other two. Not to mention the bed spring was full of dirt and hair. I was forced to sleep on a couch in my sisters room. I did not get what I paid for. Almost 4wks later and I’m still waiting for half of my pymt to be refunded. Not only did they stay with my money, but i had to sleep on a sofa couch after I paid for a pent house. Still skeptical about the bed bugs, probably brought them home with me for all I know. Also the floors outside on the patio were all broken and out of place- can easily trip and hurt yourself if not paying attention to the ground. Silverware was missing and venation blinds were broken so sleeping in was not an option. I had no cups in the cabinets, had to use the ones in my sisters room. Luckily.

Absolutely nothing.

The room 702 didn't have all the kitchen wear, not enough cups dirty bathroom. The room next to me 701 has bedbugs my friend stayed there. The bad was super uncomfortable and made noises every time I moved. The back patio was very bad the not seating. The floor has bricks lifting up from the floor. The skyline in the room was horrible I was not able rest comfortably either by 6am to 7am I was up because the room was fully bright. Then at night the light to dark. That was never a happy moment at this place. I didn't leave because it was too expensive to go elsewhere but hope I get some kind of refund. My other friend upgraded to 703 so we can all be together but it was waste of money! The patios were easily accessible to the common public patio for the building. The patio door had horrible covers on them as well. Anyone can come and see right thru. We had to but sheets on all the rooms.

I “upgraded” to a suite on the 7 floor ($600) NOT WORTH THE STAY Here are a few things wrong that messed up my vacation -I found what looks like a spider bed bug in the sheets - bed sheets were dirty and I had to wash them - there was a skylight in the bedroom that directly points to the pillows on the bed when the sun comes up -Fridge did not work -Blinds to the porch where either broken or missing (which is horrible because the porch is shared with the building and anyone could just look in) -There was a whole under the front door lock, and anyone can look through and see And not to mention 701 had bedbugs!!! This was a horrible experience overall. Never again. Too expensive for things not to work and to have bugs and dirty sheets! And when I spoke to customer service they claimed it doesn’t look like a bed bug. Or they submitted a claim and hounded you through the vacation instead of helping. Just horrible.

The location

The smell of the room was horrible, it smelled like mildew. The bed was not comfortable it made a loud noise everytime you moved. This room felt more like a old ran down motel instead of a luxury condo .

The room was clean and the location was great.

It was advertised as having a kitchen but it did not have the utensils needed to actually cook. The pullout couch was actually a very hard futon and the bed was not very comfortable either. We left a night early even though we paid due to the uncomfortable bed and futon.

Only thing no tv in bedroom
