Place was clean enough. Beds were good. this is a 1st floor unit and disappointed that we could not see the beach or waves from patio. Could not get Golf channel. Kitchen was nice. Bathroom was nice, however it took 5 minutes to figure out the bath faucet. You turn the handle and nothing. Turns eiother way. Only when you apply pressure to the handle does 9it turn water on. I'm sure Host has been notified many times but ignores it. Will not be back!!

Love staying at the Hawaiian .... 3rd year staying here while enjoying the Daytona 500 week. It's got a great view, lots of amenities close by in walking distance and the unit has everything you need! Definitely recommend it

This is a great place to relax with friends. The ocean view is fabulous and the pool is just steps away.

The ground floor room on the pool deck is an awesome location. The tiki bar and pool are just steps away. I love it!

I'm part of a group with about 30-40 people thst come the same week in July 3very year. This room was AWESOME! MORE than enough room for all my stuff and located conveniently on the pool deck so I wasnt far from all the fun. The room was so nice...I've already booked it again for my 2023 trip!!!!

First time coming to Daytona and we won’t come back because we enjoy more of a family oriented beach. If you like to party and carry on then you’ll love it. The condo was nice and convenient and easy check in and out.

Being on the ground floor & 1st room was very convenient. We had a problem with the shower head but once I sent Ken a message he responded right away by a phone call & had someone take care of it the next morning. I had only 2 regrets & is whyi didn'tgive the overall a 5 star...#1 was there was no big mirror not counting the one in the bathroom(had a round one the wall next to the bed) & #2 was no couch or love seat to sit on instead of the kitchen chairs or on the bed. The room was big & spacious. The big new refrigerator, AC was good & cold & beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Gail & Ronnie

As always this property never disappoints. Room was stocked with cooking utensils and clean, plus the view out the back door was top notch! Can't wait for next year!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. We love the location and being able to have access to our room while we enjoy the pool and tiki bar. Ken has always been great communicating back and forth as well.

Great room and location!

Room was large. Patio door opened right to pool deck with easy access to tki bar and beach. The property had all amenities needed.. easy checking. Ken is very easy going and responded quickly to any questions. Had a Great time.

The property and view are nice, just a shame so many unregistered guests are allowed on the property

We had an amazing time! Excellent location to pool and Tiki Bar! This unit had everything we wanted! The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars overall is the neighboring unit’s door out to the pool slams and the people in there didn’t seem to care that it shook the wall that the headboards are on. Other than that it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay however we did find a couple of things frustrating. WIFI is terrible. WIFI is shared by the entire complex and is so slow we gave up on using it. The beds creak when you move waking the other person up. There was no way to lock the door leading out to the pool and ocean so you needed to leave it locked and walk through the lobby or leave it unlocked.

The room is huge. It is very neat and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its best feature is the location. We have stayed in other rooms in this building, usually on the second or third floor. The fact that this one is on the first floor right by the pool is a game changer. I didn't have to drag all the pool gear for the kids down the hall then down the elevator to go swimming. You just walk out and you're there. Leave the stuff on the patio. Perfect.

I've stayed in Ken's condo a few times, and I'll be back! Perfect location, clean, comfortable, good communication, everything you need for a relaxing and fun getaway. The food at the Tiki Bar is delicious, the drinks are yummy! The sand and ocean are just a few steps away from the patio door, perfection at it's best. You'll be more than satisfied in choosing this condo for your vacation!!

Great location for all the Bike Week fun to be had. Pool and beach views were great and the tiki bar personnel were awesome as usual. Thanks to my favorite tiki bar guy Don for making us most welcome every day.

Enjoyed the stay. Owner was easy to work with and helpful. For the price, it was a very good value.

My kids enjoyed their stay. Property owner was. Immediately available to answer questions. The room was comfortable and close to everything.

We had a great family trip to the beach. Our kids loved that we could literally walk out of our back door to the pool.

Bathroom ceiling kept flaking. Looks like severe leak and a bad repair job. Couch/loveseat needs to be replaced. Pleather has all peeled off.

Easy to access, literally off the pool and bar. Oceanfront access. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. The only negative we had was WiFi and cell signal was not good in the room. Other than that it was great and a nice stay.

We had a great weekend and loved the convenience of our room on the first floor. Perfect spot especially if you have little ones.
