Carlos was super nice and flexible, any wish was granted like magic. We got towels, beach umbrellas, paddleboard vouchers, tips what do around, clevery stocked kitchen and fridge, everything included. Even the standard apartment has good sea view.

The heat in July can be a challenge even for the ceiling fans. Aircondition would help to make it more bearable.

Apartment with exceptional location, with very attentive and helpful Staff (Thanks to Carlos 1 and 2). A real gem in Mallorca.

INCREDIBLE! This place is simply a paradise. The location is stunning (few meters from the seaside), the house is spacious and equipped with everything, super clean, well furnished and decorated with teste. The host was super nice and welcoming. Private parking available. We will come back for sure!

Absolutely amazing seaview, the apartment is literally on the beach. Equipped with all necessities and very spatious. When we were in need of anything, our host Carlos always quickly helped. Really cool place to stay!

Spacious well equipped apartment in a perfect location at the beach. Wonderful terrace with a direct view of a beautiful sandy beach. Wonderful reception by Naika and we were greeted with a fridge full of cold water, beer and cava!

The wild chickens in the neighborhood drive you crazy at 5 am.

Location is exceptional and the west-facing terrace with full view of the beach is incredible. Sunset views also from the maisonette balcony. Very spacious, new high quality kitchen appliances. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, a bottle of sparkling wine and beer was waiting in the fridge as well as water and Mallorcan pastry. Apartment is very spacious and bright. The beach is literally in front of the house and there are 2 really nice restaurants on the same street, 1min away. The beach is clean with fine sand and shallow water, the kids had a lot of fun playing there

Stairs in apartment to upper level bedroom are not suited for very young children

Could have done with a few more plates, bowls and glasses etc. The hamlet was very quiet at night which sort of suited us but just to be aware of.

The apartment is in an excellent location, only a stones throw from the beach . The view of the sea is exceptional. Sunsets in the evening are stunning from your terrace. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious. The location is very quiet beside the Forest. The area is rustic and unspoiled. There are a handful of nice relaxed restaurants , a hippy chick shop with dresses, bikinis, and hippy accessories. There’s a little supermarket that is sufficient and friendly. It’s a totally chilled vibe in the area. The beautiful beach does get busy as it’s a famous beach and people drive to visit it but if you book the beach beds at the beach bar they are well spaced out and have beautiful thatched sunshades/ umbrellas to keep you cool. The little beach bar is a small kiosk run by really friendly staff and serves drinks, delicious baguettes , snacks, ice creams , great coffee and delicious little frappes. Carlos is a great host. When I read all the reviews he sounded too good to be true but it’s true! He’s great! We arrived at 2am and he welcomed us giving us a tour of the apartment and bringing bottles of chocolate milk and cake for the children which was very much appreciated. There were refreshments in the fridge. There was coffee and water for the morning. He’s a really super host and a very kind person. You knew if you needed anything you could just call and he would respond. I loved the little details in the apartment such as little motivational pictures with happy words of wisdom. Highly recommended apartment . Thank you Carlos from all our family!

Nothing, it’s lovely!

The contact, Carlos was brilliant. He made everything run very smoothly and was even able to recommend a place to get a PCR test before returning home. We were really impressed with the whole set up.

The pillows could have been better but apart from that, nothing!

The view, the calmness, the beach and Carlos =) Carlos is the best host we ever met! Very helpful, always answering to any our request, solves any problem! At some point we had a feeling that Carlos not just a host, but a friend on the island who tries to help and make our stay as great as possible! Thank you again Carlos for the effort you put in your job!

The lack of air conditioning. I understand that this is a national park area and air conditioning is not allowed to be installed there, but it would make a stay much more convenient in a hot summer months =)

Carlos was an excellent host. Very responsive at all times and helped with everything we needed. The apartment was in a perfect location, clean and had all we needed.

We stayed for remote work and it was perfect. Enjoy your lunchbreak wirh a swim in christal clear water! Carlos the host is so lovely. He made us feel welcome and home in this apartment from the first minute on. He cared about us and was a big help due to corona test questions and other topics. He is amazing! The view is amazing, stunning right on the beach. Just 2 minutes walk! the apartment stays really cold which is nice during summer. It is really tidy. And just perfect. We loved the bar esperanza close to the beach! Everything by walking distance You are right at the beach. So nice! The apartment was also really big, confortable, wlan was very fast, so we were able to work remote. Best is you have a private parking spot, so that you do not have to worry about it. We highly recommend it. We would come back any time! Loved it 100%

Just make sure you bring something against moskitos. There are of course some around because you are right at the beach.

Knifes and pots need to be replaced with new ones. Vacum cleaner would be helpful.
