Przeciągi w częściach Komunikacyjnych, zimno w hotelu.Basen wewnętrzny czynny tylko do 18.00. Sprzątanie w pokoju porażka. Włosy z podłogi zostały przeniesione na ścianę w łazience, aż strach pomyśleć że jedna ściera ogarniała cały pokój i łazienkę brrrrr. A poza tym ok.

Pools were lovely and sun was hot . Reception area nice . Man a reception was exceptionally helpful and lovely as was younger girl . Others a bit frosty.

We couldnt sleep. We had a room overlooking entertainment bit and music was insanely loud till about midnight . Hotel dated and unclean in places ...I.e orange juice dispenser at breakfast and cob webs in room. Half aircon didnt work in room but was sufficient tbh. Food was basic and wasnt high quality . Lift broke down meaning we had to walk up several flights of stairs with Buggy in evening. You get what you pay for . Pool area is really nice though so if that's all you need it's ok .

Kids pool is nice. Rooms were clean. Very close to the airport. There were a few nice little restaurants just a short walk from the hotel

The rooms faced right out onto the courtyard where the entertainment is provided nightly. This went on until around 11 or so, so not ideal if you have very young children. The food was hit and miss and the dining area really lacked any kind of atmosphere, felt like a canteen. The kids entertainment show wasn't the best. There's a little arcade in the hotel for kids but half of the games take your money but don't work properly.

Spacious room and comfortable bed, ok for one night. Very friendly receptionist but provided wrong and incomplete information. The pool was fab and the slides are fun.

The aircon is not powerful at all. It took hours to cool the room and even then it wasn't cold enough. Service is 'relaxed' - staff not very tuned in or keen to help. Very loud music in the swimming pool put us off hanging around, only there was nowhere quiet to go. Also for a 4* hotel there were no tea or coffee making facilities.

Welcoming staff and good facilities. Although obviously a package tour destination it was never too crowded even when busy. Pools good and kids club was a hit with our son. Staff always polite and helpful.

The air con could be colder. There's not much in walking distance so a car or bus timetable is useful.

- All drinks , including water, were on charge - The room was not clean and every day we had to tell them what was missing and what wasn’t clean. - It was obvious that cleaning ladies didn’t have a checklist or they didn’t follow the check list how to clean the room - They had plenty of food in the restaurant, but the hotel has not right chefs in the kitchen. - The rooms are old and need to be renovated to give this hotel 4 stars.

Pleasant place to stay with family. Kids love it. Variety of free time activities. Good surrounding area. Good public transport connection if you are not interested in car hire. No language barrier.

the loud karoake wasn’t great but it was cute to see the kids enjoying it.

Queues for food

Hotel has very good children pool my baby liked it very much. Room is clean. Cleaning ladies come every day to clean it. The food is excellent!! You have lots of food choice - also halal meat (ask the cooks if it is halal or not - in our case we had chicken and duck meat halal). You can eat in and out on terrace which we enjoyed every day ! The hotel is surrounded by plants and it is very beautiful. You have outdoor pool for kids and also another pool for grown ups, golf park, tennis terrains. Location is good. The beach is close - 8 min with bus. There is a direct bus line 504 or 505. Also 504 goes all the way to Palma city center 50 mins of ride and then you have A1 bus which leads you directly to airport. The public transport is very good organised. Staff are genuinely polite.

Plates, forks, spoons and glasses are not clean. I was shocked. Taxis are too expensive! From airport to this hotel taxi charged us 30 eur. Indoor pool was small and not so modern...

FAmily rooms

Same food, no more kids klub (there was no writing in the booking and it is nor working), reason- there are not enough kids, but there was. Animator- tied to do something, but it dosnt work. In the resepsion always must to wait, always only 1 som is working and dosnt rush to help.

Room was fine. Staff were good.

Breakfast was shambolic. People running around looking for cups, tea bags etc. No ironing facilities in room or hotel.

nice location and good value. staff were friendly and was good place for families. the food was varied and not bad for hotel buffet style. There’s a great spot at the beach for snorkelling by the mhares sea club which in itself is also a great place for a late lunch and drinks. public parking here to. 5 min drive, 15 Minute walk. amazing sea views from the dining area and had its own pool. well worth a visit if you’re staying at best delta.

The beans were Luke warm at best every day at breakfast. The caipirinha served by one of the bartenders was the worst I’ve ever had, he made it with lemon and it tasted horrible and gave me heart burn. tried my best to avoid him at the bar when ordering but one night I kept getting him and it kind of ruined the night for us. the other guy Jose.A made a good one though, and used limes! luck of the draw I guess.

Location was ideal for an early morning flight
