Compramos esta casa en 2014. Remodelamos completamente toda la casa con un estilo muy moderno. Madera dura / azulejos a través. Encimeras de granito. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Muebles de granero de cerámica. Colchones increíblemente cómodos en las habitaciones. Gran terraza al aire libre con parrilla y asientos para 8. Cercado en el patio trasero. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 literas dobles y una cuna grande de tamaño individual para dormir. 1 y 1/2 baños (2 baños interiores). Gran ducha exterior (exterior). Lavadora y secadora Samsung de alta capacidad. 3 televisores grandes de pantalla plana vizio. Internet de alta velocidad. Televisión directa de alta definición (solo en la sala de estar principal). Todos los televisores son televisores inteligentes y están equipados con Netflix, Amazon y Hulu. Reproductores de Blu-ray / DVD con cada televisor. Nintendo Wii en la sala de estar. A poca distancia de la bahía de Delaware (5 cuadras). Hermosa piscina pública a solo 5 cuadras de distancia. 10 minutos en coche del océano Atlántico (cabo mayo) y unos 15 minutos en coche de bosque salvaje. A 10 minutos de Río Grande, NJ, donde hay muchos restaurantes, Walmart, Starbucks y una sala de cine.

Just a short walk from the bay and a few minutes drive from the beach! Perfect little getaway. Cute neighborhood, quiet porch and back yard! Lots of sleeping accommodations, fully stocked kitchen with lots of plates, cups, and cookware, washer/dryer, comfortable spaces to hang out both inside and outside. We had a great time!

Very nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the new addition. Made the owner aware of 2 minor things and his response was very fast. Would consider staying here in the future.

Clean, well-maintained property. Has all the basics you need, and great location for accessing Cape May and surrounding areas - you’re a ~10 minute drive to all the must-see places. Food shopping and restaurants are also very close by. Having linens included was especially convenient. The pots and pans could use updating and we couldn’t figure out the TVs in the bedrooms - but neither were major issues. The living area is fairly compact, but for two people it was great, and in nice weather there is a large, private backyard to use. Would stay here again.

There was plenty of room for my family and I. I communicated with the host when I arrived and the check in was smooth. While my family and I was there we visited Alantic city and other stores in the area. The reason for the three stars is because after the stay about a month later the host messaged me about the way the property was left. The host stated there was pee in bottles and a few other things. While I was very appalled at 1. How the host decided to contact me after a month & 2. Because I know the place was left clean. The host then sent a cleaning denomination. My family and I booked for New Years and it's was 8 of us. Now some of you may think well it was New Years maybe it was left a mess but no. We even went to purchase additional products for the home such as tissue (scott), bleach, and dish liquid. I'm leaving this review to make you all aware take pictures before and after you arrived. My family and I booked during the winter time (the day we checked out it snowed in NJ) and I'm ASSUMING the host didn't have anyone to book the property after was searching for some additional funds if you know what I'm saying. None the less we appreciated the area and home but wouldn't recommend.

Everything about this property was comfortable and easy. So happy linens were provided and beds were very comfy. And to top it off, our week was beautiful every day!!

Communication with Adam was great! We enjoyed having 3 of our grandchildren ages 5, 2, and 2 along with another set of grandparents for a short getaway. The fenced in back yard and deck with seating for 8 was used a lot! Kitchen was well stocked, it was very nice that towels and linens were provided (although we didn’t find any washcloths). We walked to the bay for some fun every day , went mini golfing one evening and visited the close by Cape May County zoo and played at the fun playground there. Very much enjoyed our stay and apologize we forgot to run the dishwasher before we left.

The bay area of Cape May is a beautiful gem. The house is modern and renovated. The owner is very accommodating and was very responsive to a couple of minor issues upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment (there is not alot of storage for pantry goods.) The decor is updated, homey and comfortable. We had a wonderful week here.
