My wife and I came for an extended weekend retreat, this was the perfect place!!! We brought our 17’ boat and kept it at the dock, water so clear you could see all the fish. Great fishing grounds all around within a couple miles…never stopped catching.
Pool was an awesome amenity to relax in as well as the chairs under the palms. Definitely a place we would consider returning too.

We were lucky enough that the other side of the duplex was empty while we were there. It was peaceful, wonderful, and beautiful. Dolphins and mommy duck and 10 ducklings visited us. The day we left, new guests arrived with boat hooked up to the dock, and 3 teens using recreational toys. A little different than then when we had the pool and property to ourselves. Be great to have own family sharing property.

Our stay on Merrit Island was amazing! We arrived a day early because a snow storm was heading o Michigan and Christine worked with us and let us check in a day early! We also added 3 days at the end of our stay and she was very accommodating! It’s not often when we are away from home that we feel like we’re home, but we definitely felt like that here! Whether we were at the house watching dolphins and enjoying the sunshine or walking the beach, we were completely relaxed! The unit was perfect for the 2 of us and our friends rented the other side for a week while we were here. We used the kayaks and had dolphins swimming around us and watched manatee right by the dock. The only thing I would suggest is to have a small vacuum in the unit to help keep the floors clean during extended stays. Side note, The Marker 24 Grill at the marina is amazing! Great fish, wine, and beer! Its been an amazing 2 weeks and we could easily stay for another few!!

Located on Banana River, beautiful views, quite location. Short drive to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Cottage was perfect, clean and relaxing. Just loved it!

Waking up to the beautiful sunrise was amazing. Unfortunately, this property is in the direct line of an airport for small engine planes so mornings are noisy with plane activity one after another the Saturday morning we were there outside enjoying the view.
The kitchen offers a nice open layout and the beds are comfortable.
We did have the benefit of seeing a graceful Dolphin swim right under the dock but no manatee sightings. We think it may be too cold in January for them to be out.
Communication with the owner was okay but could have been more gracious and welcoming.

I do not know how to capture in words how great it feels to stay in this home. The view of the water from the den and kitchen are mesmerizing. It was so fun to spot dolphins and manatee from the back yard and be able to hop on the kayaks and paddle right up to them. We had fun fishing off the dock and fishing from the kayaks. The Marker 24 Marina is just a few steps away and the Market there had all we needed to fish plus some and a great restaurant opened at the Marina when we were there and we ate lunch and dinner there three four times while we were there. The Marina is so clean and looks brand new. The fish at the restaurant is fresh fresh!! All the staff at the restaurant and the market were so nice - made me want to live in this area. The owners of this home were wonderful - so accommodating and communication was very easy! I sure hope we get to return soon.

This was one of the best family vacations we've had. The property has everything you could imagine, fishing off the dock for my husband, the swimming pool for our boys and I was able to relax on the lawn chairs reading! I would love to go again soon. ❤

This location is stunning. The big windows and modern, clean interior let the river view take center stage. We spent most of our time lounging in the backyard or fishing on the dock. While it was a lot of catfish, over our three days the two of us caught 34 fish. We also saw manatees and dolphins in the river. We were a quick drive to Cocoa Beach and many restaurants.
The house had almost everything we needed. We felt like a couple of things were missing. There are two kayaks, tandem, and a paddle board. There weren't enough paddles to accommodate. While it wasn't a big issue for the two of us, as no one was in the unit next door, it could be an issue for larger groups. Also, there was only one bike to be found. Again, as this is shared between both units, up to 8 people, it didn't really make sense.
Lastly, the shower and bathroom were beautifully updated and had plenty of towels. However, we forgot soap for the shower and there was none available in the unit. Fortunately, CVS was not far. Also, there was not enough towel hooks/holders.
Most of the little issues were just that, little. It really did not detract from our overall feelings of relaxation at this property. A few additions and this could be absolute perfection, just like the view off of the dock.

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for the 2nd half of our spring break and we couldn't have been happier! The place is beautiful and well cared for and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay! The view is amazing with fabulous sunrises. We saw dolphin and manatee off the dock. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Check in was EASY and owner is easily accessible for any questions.

The rooms were clean, in excellent repair and nicely decorated. The landscaping in the yard was terrific, and made it a joy to sit by the pool. The adjacent unit was available, and we took advantage of that for our teenage boys. There were bikes, fishing poles and beach chairs which we also took advantage of. We saw dolphins swimming around near the dock one morning watching the sunrise, and my wife commented that that was worth the entire price of the trip for her.

Took my teen son down to see a SpaceX launch and tour Kennedy Space Center. The property was perfect. Easy access to Kennedy, Cocoa Beach, restaurants, and right on the water! It was perfect. Could see the Vehicle Assembly Building from the dock, watch dolphins, manatees, and rays. Kayaks, a pool, bikes, and beach chairs and towels for the guests. Quiet family neighborhood. (You won’t be kept up an night by neighbors, but probably not a place if you are looking for late night pool party). Owner was super quick responding to any questions.
Our launch did get scrubbed, but we will pick this spot again for our next attempt.

Everything the owners did to this place is done very well. Beautiful style inside and out. Great location. I work in the area and your almost guaranteed to see dolphins here. They patrol the waterway for food. The best thing was, due to covid we had the whole place to ourselves.They were only renting out one side. I recommend going before you have to share the neutral space for sure. I will be 100 percent going back.

We had a great week here and enjoyed the R&R vibes! The owner was super accommodating and made our stay so perfect we did not want to leave. We had great views, enjoyed the pool, and even saw dolphins several times during our stay. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

This is the second time that we have stayed at the property. It was just as lovely as we remembered. You automatically feel like you are on vacation the moment you step through the front door. The interior is beautiful but still functional for a family of four with a lovely kitchen which overlooks the backyard/pier. The backyard is wonderful. My kids had a lot of fun sitting on the dock looking for the wildlife. We saw manatees, dolphins, lots of birds and fish, all from the pier in the morning. The sunrises are also spectacular and it is amazing to be sitting at the breakfast table and seeing the beautiful pink sun come up. Would recommend to anyone/any small family.

Our family booked this condo for a baseball tournament. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to the bay. Our teenaged boys had a blast fishing, kayaking and lounging in the pool. The house was well stocked. The owners were very responsive to questions and concerns. We would most definitely encourage future clients to rent from Christine.

This property was amazing and the neighbors were very friendly. We went on 4th of July weekend for the bioluminaries which did not disappoint and there were very nice fireworks being lit off from the neighbors around us. We will most definitely be coming back to this location.

This property will not disappoint. We stayed in the south unit and it was exactly as described. Everything was up to date inside the property with an excellent view of the banana river. We came into town for a fishing tournament and the owners were more than helpful in assisting with space at the marina just down the road. While offshore our wives sat by the pool and enjoyed the great view, landscaping and overall ambiance. This property has now been short listed on renting again in the future.

We had an excellent trip! Property was great! We barely left the home all week because we had so much to do there. Tons of wildlife, including some mischief ducks that like the pool better than the Banana River. We rented both sides of home which I recommend highly. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Fishing was good right off the dock. Pool was nice to cool off. You don't need to bring anything. Home has towels, extra Fishing poles, cleaning supplies, soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. Plus alot of little extras that guest leave if unopened ex spices, coffee filters, etc. Definitely will be staying on a regular basis for vacations. It's an amazing find!
