We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage, it was clean and the area was nice, being off season made less traffic but a lot of places were closed for the season which we anticipated before arriving. Although I realized this before our stay the bathroom is on the first floor and main bedroom is upstairs. It was just my husband and I and we didn’t care but maybe having a robe with me would have been nice. Lol. Close to beaches which was a plus for me even off season, because who doesn’t like a nice beach walk on a cool morning to see sunrise?!?! The owner made sure there was a crock pot there for me so we could enjoy chili after a chilly day! All in all I’d say this was a great place to stay!

Great cottage in an amazing location on the Cape. Greg and Maureen are wonderful hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Walk to the beach, short drive to ferries and shopping. Cottage has everything you need for great holiday.

Owners were very generous with time and made sure we had everything. Beach pass is good for driving but we walked; walking distance to beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Unit has AC (heat pump) but we used fans. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing

We had a great time on Cape Cod. The cabin was in a great location and Greg was awesome to work with. The cabin is in his backyard, but feels private. It’s small, but what we needed. If you need to hang out there all day, cook all your meals there, etc…it might be a challenge. If you’re like us and just need somewhere quiet to land, brew coffee and eat light then it’s perfect. It was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We would use it again.

Booked this cottage a year prior and was so happy that I did. You can never plan Mother Nature but we had a wonderful trip. The hostess were wonderful and very helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed some local flavor and even took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. In the evening’s we enjoyed the out door shower and then sat by the fire to unwind. So much more to see, we will be back one day.

Place was so cute just what we were looking for. Bonus got to bring the dog. Greg is very nice. Weather was rainy but beach is close by. Would love to stay again.

Greg and Maureen were super hosts. They were great with our dogs and played in the yard with them. The advice they gave about local restaurants was perfect. The beach was so close you could totally walk there. We would love to revisit the area.

Perfect cottage in mid cape. Waking distance to the beach. Parking pass included allowed us to go to multiple beach in Barnstable. The cottage was a great size for 2 people and had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a nice perk. Greg and Maureen were friendly and gave great advice about things to do and restaurants to eat at. We will definitely be renting this property again!

This is a cute cottage. Greg is an excellent host. The property is accurately listed as described. They even had a comfortable memory foam mattress for our kids to sleep on upstairs with us, to keep the small living space put together the whole time. Quiet street with safe speed bumps that slowed those that live on the street. A short walk from beautiful Covell Beach, and nice neighborhoods to walk the dogs. Our family of 4 and 2 dogs were the most I’d suggest staying here, and if our kids were older (they are 6 and 4), it might be too small.

Greg and Maureen were the best hosts!! It was a perfect little getaway for me and the location was the best!.. I enjoyed walking the beaches in the morning and the crisp air in the summer months. Maureen was very informative with things to do, such as local concerts, festivals and places of interest. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great location and wonderful hosts! We were close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle. Beach access was priceless! Our dogs loved the yard and walking close by.

We just loved our stay at this adorable and well stocked and organized cottage. The location and property owners were super helpful and available. Walkable beach was superb. We are jealous of the next renters! We will be back for sure.

The house was great. This was our first time in Cape Cod, for a wedding. Greg was super attentive and always quick to respond. We've never stayed at a house on someone's property before, but it wasn't weird at all. Perfect for just the two of us for a long weekend and loved being able to just walk 5 minutes right over to the beach access.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was the perfect setting! Greg and Maureen were very welcoming and had amazing recommendations for food and things to do! The beach is only a 3 minute drive from the cottage and even though the weather wasn’t great during our trip we are sure it would be a super convenient beach getaway!

This cottage is within walking distance to the beach. It is a quiet area. The cottage is quaint and perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay and were happy that our dog was very welcome by the owners.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a ride to the Nantucket ferry and picked us up at the end of the day. Nice place if a little small but we were mostly gone sightseeing etc so it was fine

It was a nice respite. It was a bit rainy and cool in the off-season so the portable heaters were welcome. The place was cosy and comfortable. The kitchen could use a better toaster. The toaster oven took forever to toast bread or bagels.

The cottage was so cute and very relaxing after exploring for the day. Greg was so helpful and friendly. We appreciated his advice & dining suggestions. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Cod!

Greg and Maureen are the sweetest folks and were there to greet us! Plenty of yard for our pup and very close to the beach and downtown Hyannis. The cutest cottage ever and very clean! Because we are bigger folks (plus size), the bed seemed more like a double than a queen and definitely not comfortable for our chronic pain issues as well as the shower being VERY small. These are our own issues though and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this cottage for thinner and younger folks!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful little cottage. The location is terrific and our hosts were friendly and attentive - communication was very easy. We reported an issue w the grill and they took care of it immediately, which allowed us to go ahead with our evening plans. The hosts were really terrific with our dog enjoyed the large shady yard. We were appreciative of the little oil heaters at night and loved sitting out on the patio and visiting w friends. We will definitely be back.

Loved our stay in this quaint little cottage. Nicely decorated and well kept, we had a very nice stay for an entire week in the early spring season on Cape Cod. We loved chatting with the owners whom were very friendly and lots of good suggestions for us on where to visit, where to eat, and where to shop. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and comfortable. Walks on the beach less than a block away every morning gave memories which will stay with us for years to come. We liked the cottage decorations and artwork and the quilts and beachside decor were comfortable and inviting. We are already scheming how and when we can get back here again, and if our sister and brother-in-law can be talked into coming with, we mat look into the owners larger property as well. The trip was perfect and just the thing to refresh my wife’s fond memories of long stays at the cape with here sisters at their grandpa and grandmas summer house in her youth. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!

We loved our stay in Centerville, Mass. Greg and Maureen were so helpful to this newly wedded couple. They made sure we ate at the best places and saw all the amazing sites around the Cape! They are the best! We will be back!!
