I cannot say enough just how utterly perfect the house and location was. Spetses has the perfect combination of restaurants and shops along with beautiful isolated walks and beaches . The house and the host were incredible. There is not a single thing I could ask them to improve upon. The rooms were large and comfortable, the location superb and the hosts very responsive to any needs . And the snorkeling!!! We even saw an octopus which was one of the highlights of our trip.

This property is in the best location of all of Spetses! The house is right on a lovely beach that is quite private. Quite close to a market, restaurants and town. Owner very helpful and responsive! We would love to return :)

Ι’ ve been to “Villa Mia” last September for almost a fortnight, amidst my few best island vacations in Greece ever! I could not complain about the house, none of all 4 of us could! Roomy, comfy, ordered, luxurious with well-designed privacy and independence for each one in the company. Quietness, quietness! Partly due to September lull you could hear the engine buzz of those taxi boats crossing the channel to Porto Heli, even the clatter of hoofs of the donkeys passing by the back road. But the superb veranda view would be there to remind you the beauty of the sea that mostly invited you to an island... only 10 meters across... that far to dive to its blue clarity! Thank you Mia, superb host! We’ll try May too!

This house is very beautiful and very well equipped. Much nicer that the pictures show. We where 9 people - all adults in the age of 25 - and we all had our privacy, since the house in total has 9 different bedrooms (each one of us had his own). In general, the house was big enough and spacious for all of us. The highlight of the house is the lovely outdoor area, perfect for our nights in and for our morning swimming at the beach. The house is literally located on the beach. Amazing!! Very nice area, very close to Kaiki Beach (less than 2 minutes walking), quiet and just a short walk to the city centre (less than 15 minutes walking). Achileas and Mia were very helpful with all the information we needed. I highly recommend them!! I hope to be back soon! Thank you a lot for everything! Best Regards, TK

My wife and I took her parents as well as our children to Spetses for 1 week. The experience was a memorable one. The house was clean and perfectly located on the beach. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Achilles was responsive to our every question before, during and after the trip. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We stayed in this amazing and beautiful villa during our holiday for 6 days with family and friends . The house is literally in front of the beach and by the sea shore. Despite we were a big group, altogether 14 ,the accommodation was perfect and comfortable and nothing was missing in our everyday life. Down town is at walking distance but in case you want the bus service was also very handy. A couple of days we rented bikes with which we made an island round tour and that was really enjoyable . The island of Spetses together with this lovely property by the sea will make me to remember these days forever. I hope someday I come back . The home owners are truly great and helpful . This is what I call Greek hospitality...

The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. The sea view is amazing from any corner of the villa and of course from the various verandas and terraces . The property photos really don't represent the magnificent environment! Villa owners make it feel like home and everything we needed for our stay was there. All people in the group had a wonderful break with plenty to do in the villa. Taverns are close and night life a bit further away. The weather was great, warm during daytime and dry. Spetses is a small and beautiful island and the round tour is essential ,either with bike or motor bike, or boat . Easy to reach from Athens by car through picturesque locations of Peloponnese coastline. A stopover for coffee at Epidaurus it’s a must , the view is breathtaking. The ideal place for large families and groups looking for a truly relaxing long or short break in a uniquely located villa by the sea. I recommend this absolutely.

Last summer a group of 10 people including friends and family stayed there, and we absolutely loved it. The house is conveniently located on a beautiful small beach where the view overlooks the gulf and coastline, all you have to do is walk outside and go for a swim! All the necessary facilities were included, where everything was well equipped and tastefully decorated. A very pleasant atmosphere in general. Even though some of us rented bikes and took the bus, most of the time we spent walking to the town centre seeing that it is so close. The Greek Taverns are excellent and all close together, however there is a variety of restaurants in walking distance to the house, which gave us a lot of options, where international cuisine was one of them. Lovely island with lots of entertainment and amazing beaches . Owners are great hosts and very willing to help with anything you need. Overall, could not be more happy with the house. The stay was simply delightful and I would definitely recommend!
