L'établissement est propre, les chambres sont superbe, la nourriture est excellente et le personnel est vraiment agréable.

La última noche dejaron la puerta de la habitación que da al jardín abierta tanto la malla como la puerta y entraron montón de zancudos. También dejaban abierta la puerta del comedor

El espacio y la tranquilidad que brinda el hotel, la cama del hotel.

El desayuno regular, la atención de la piscina debería ser las 24 horas.

El lugar es muy bonito, conexión con la naturaleza, bastante relajante. El personal de primera, muy amables y serviciales, la comida deliciosa. Fue un viaje corto pero inolvidable. Totalmente recomendable.

Todo me gustó, satisfecha con el servicio.

Really amazing property, excellent view of the city.

good location and good view over the city. staff were friendly and helpful. good food and drinks, which was great for the duration we were there for.

room opened up to the communal pool area. other guests made a lot of noise in that area early morning (3am) so very disruptive. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

I went with my best friend and we loved every single detail! It's close enough to Tarapoto but also close to the waterfalls (there's a person from the hotel who took us there, which was great, practical and felt safer, since sometimes it's only you bathing in the waterfall... Totally recommend!). Rooms are comfortable and pretty, beds are of great quality and bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is cozy, not so many rooms, the restaurant is great (our best meals were there) Staff is wonderful (Stefano, Joel, Talía, thank you!), all warm and very helpful - it's very easy to feel welcome because people are so natural in treating you as "part of the group" <3 they also gave us great tips to get ourselves around I liked that they arranged our tours without making them super pricy like other hotels do sometimes (we compared prices with those offered in the city center) Also, loved Luna 🐶

Hosts were very welcoming, food exceptional. The owner has many plans for his hotel and we wish him well. If we ever return to Peru and this area we would definitely stay again.

The approach road to the property was rather broken but there is not much that the owner can do to improve it.
