Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Apartment was comfortably furnished and well equipped. Very clean. Comfy bed in main bedroom. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.

The view from the rear balcony is not nice - the ground floor underneath is used to dump rubbish, including old mattresses and overflowing bins. Towels were old and could do with replacing Very difficult to work out how to access the car park and gain access to the property. The advert is a little misleading - it is not clear that you have to pay 15 euros per day for the car park. The advert says "with parking" but does not make it clear that there is a charge.

It was a perfect space and perfect location for an adventure in Bilbao

We loved this apartment. The location was close to everything you wanted to do in Bilbao. The host made us feel very comfortable with extras like umbrellas, tea and coffee, travel books, plenty of comfy towels and lots of extra loo paper. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, nice size and very homely. Excellent facilities and amenities, and very good central location.

Well-appointed and well-located apartment. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. There's a good bakery, a green grocer and a small supermarket nearby for breakfast groceries.

The immediate neighbouring area is quite busy with traffic and not the most charming, but the traffic noise didn't disturb us at night and it was a quick walk to the river or the old town for lots of charming sights. The parking arrangement is a bit tricky with regards to key collection and access, but it's the best parking option if staying here.

Well presented, spacious, homely feeling apartment with good heating and a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything we wanted - old town, Guggenheim, shopping district and trams.

Getting keys to carpark and property was quite complicated initially but host responded quickly to requests and queries. I also suggest the option of lighter bedding as rooms were well heated and we did not require the warmer quilt and a full length blind in the second bedroom to block out street lights.

Location

Location was great, in easy walking distance of the old town and Guggenheim. Parking building was close by and made dropping off bags etc easy.

The only negative was that the two nights we stayed there was a lot of ‘partying’ going on out in the street and in the neighbouring properties. Not the problem of the host but nevertheless, an issue when sleep was hard to come by.

Álvaro is a gracious host who met us at the apartment to explain all we needed to know. It was a spacious apartment with an elevator to access the floor (a bonus for our tired old bones). Queen bed very comfy; well stocked kitchen (though no need to use with all the wonderful restaurants at all different price points near by); ample bathroom; and a washer. Easy walking distance to museums, old plaza and city center.

Needed more time to stay here.

Parking is not included in the price, costs 15 EUR per night, and located in a different building (across the road).

Very well equipped, with lots of personal touches, making it homely. The secure garage opposite was a plus.

The couch is a little old.

Our very friendly host was there to meet us, very responsive prior to arrival. The apt is really well equipped and spacious, well suited to families or couples with two decent sized double beds and a sofa bed. We booked quite late for our trip and ended up with an apt that was probably a bit big for just two of us, hence it cost a bit more than our other options during our Spanish holiday. Location is great easy walking to everywhere and very close to old town. The Metro in Bilbao is v easy to use too. Kitchen well equipped with basics.

Hard to find anything to improve really, it was a little noisy at night, the area is quite lively but this didn't really bother us too much.
