Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas üppiger sein, es,war nur 1 Weinglas da, im 1. Zimmer kein Korkenzieher

The room was clean and location was near the exhibition hall which was why we chose this place. Also there is a cafe downstairs which is convenient.

Not enough toilet paper. No instructions no setting the room temperature. No service desk although the place had indicated a service desk.

Het was heel warm, een airco zou fijn zijn. Het koffiezetapparaat was defect. Heb dit na mijn vertrek gemeld en het zou vervangen zijn

A lift was out of order when we stayed there, but the owner already had informed us.

We liked that the host was super accommodating for our check in and check out timings,.the apartment was just the right size, with all needed amenities. Location is 5 mins from the metro.

I deduct one point only because the lift was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up and down a couple times.

In theory the property could have been good. The location is in a quiet area. Close to the rail system

We were notified that there was a fire in the bsmt of the complex, affecting the internet & the elevator. No mention of a discount for the rental, when we arrived there was a horrible smell on the main floor that carried up to the room we had rented. My wife suffers from these kinds of smells badly & has been having a bad cough ever since. True to the email is we didn’t have internet usage, which also meant no access to the television. This was actually a very big concern for us because our mobiles do not have a data plan & we had no way of contacting anyone about the property, or checking in on train routes for our next part of our holiday. There was no fan in the room so the air was extremely stuffy & the smoke residue from the fire was still unpleasant. The bathroom shower was very dirty & had mold in many places which is not hygienic, rather disgusting to have to shower in knowing there’s mold everywhere, which makes us wonder if the rest of the unit was as clean & was the bedding clean, disinfected in between users.
