das Hotel ist sehr heslich eingerichtet ,Balkon ist zum kotzen ,ich würde mich schämen solche Zimmer anzubieten. Es ist sehr beschämend soviel zu bezahlen aber stinkendee Zimmer zu bekommen so wie Balkon . Ich habe eingecheckt und 2h danach nach hause gefahren.Würde niemanden empfehlen. Traurig aber wahr schade für was habe ich bezahlt soviel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I have no negative feedback; on the contrary, everything was fantastic! That's why I made two trips to Germany within a month and stayed at the same hotel on both occasions. My experience was excellent each time.

colazione ricca e attenta alle intolleranze alimentari.

albergo vecchio, fatiscente. pulizia delle stanze pari a zero. appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli nella vasca e polvere su tutte le superfici della stanza. condizionatore non pulito. abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza per mio padre la mattina alle 9.00. siamo rientrati alle 16.00 e la camera non era stata cambiata dal punto di vista delle carte, quindi dopo un'intera giornata fuori abbiamo dovuto aspettare 25 minuti nella hall e poi il trolley l'abbiamo dovuto andare a recuperare noi. loro non potevano portarlo nella stanza nuova!!!! siamo entrati nella stanza vecchia alle 16.30 ed era ancora da rifare...come cigliegina sulla torta, l'ultima sera, eravamo tutti a letto, io mio marito e mia figlia, e mentre dormiamo sentiamo qualcuno entrare nella stanza e poi uscire. io mi alzo apro la porta e guardo in corridoio. c'era un inserviente con il carrello degli asciugamani che per errore, ovviamente, era entrato da noi!!! mai successo in tanti anni che giro!!! alla reception mi hanno detto che ci dev'essere stato un errore e di scusarli...per noi inconcepibile che uno entri in camera!!! personale troppo giovane. sembra sia messo lì per fare pratica...non sanno dare nemmeno le indicazioni di base: info suppa metro, sulle zone a traffico limitato intorno all'albergo,, ecc. dimenticavo, all'inizio avevano anche scordato il letto per mia figlia. lo hanno aggiunto in seguito

Das Frühstück, die Aussicht und der Spa-Bereich sind gut.

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Vor allem der Balkon und der Teppich im Zimmer waren sehr ungepflegt.

tuvaletin büyüklüğüne karşı duş çok dardı. Ve sürekli su dışarıya çıkıyordu. mutfak olmasına rağmen tabak çatal bardak vb mutfak gereçleri yoktu. istememize rağmen getirilmedi. oda servisi yoktu.

Der Pool und die Lage zur U-Bahn perfekt

Altes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Alle dreckig, es fehlten ständig Handtücher, keine Minibar, kaputte Bademäntel, zerrissene Vorhänge, Spinngeweben ohne Ende….. Fazit …. FÜR DAS GELD NIE MEHR

A brilliant hotel in a good location near the underground where the U4 took us straight to Oktoberfest. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Spa unter der Woche bis 22:00 und am Wochenende und Feiertage bis 21:00 ich finde spa&fitness Bereich muss 24/7 geöffnet

Gute Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück, Lage zur Innenstadt

Etwas unübersichtlich, durch die Mischung von Wohnungen, Praxen, Kliniken. Von außen eher hässlich und ungepflegte Fassade!

Het zwembad en de gym waren top!

Onze eerste indruk van de kamer was in orde. Maar toen we aandachtiger keken, vonden we overal stof. Er waren ook schimmelvlekken op het terras. De ramen waren zo vuil dat we het aantal vingers erop konden tellen.

Der Pool ist perfekt. Super Stadthotel. Für Deutschland sogar außergewöhnlich gut und bietet alles was man braucht.

Wir waren voll zufrieden. Schönes Spa. Beim Einchecken sehr nettes Personal. In der Bar sehr nett bedient. Klima denkend. Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz. Ruhige! Sehr positiv!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich ausgezeichnet

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind völlig unsauber, das Inventar teilweise kaputt. Dusche kaputt, Türen mit den Fingerabdrücken der letzten Wochen/Monate, Fußabdrücke auf den Wänden, SPERMAFELCKEN auf dem Canape/Couch. Es wurde noch nichtmal nach einer „Beschwerde“ bei der Rezeption geputzt. Wirklich widerlich!

Das Frühstück war super, die Aussicht top. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von München, was den Lärm reduziert. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Der "Spa" ist mehr ein Becken, wie man sie in Schwimmbädern findet. Kalt, kein Whirlpool. Und nur über eine riesen Treppe (ohne Aufzug) zu erreichen. Darüber sollte man die Leute (v.a. Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen) unbedingt informieren.
