The bedroom is nice and clean

I couldn’t sleep all night cause there is a fan on the bathroom that won’t shut up

The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the overall experience was great.

The gym was very small and the washing machines were pay per use

I showed up the night of the reservation at the hotel and they did not honor the reservation and told me that the room is now unavailable. They offered me "the last available room they had that night" which was a single room (my original reservation was for a studio apartment), I went with the receptionist to check the room and it was unacceptable for me as it even smelled of cigarette smoke. The receptionist refused to give me any other alternative and told me there is nothing he can do as his manager was not available. So I had to leave to look for another hotel room in Munich at midnight. After a long night of trying to find another hotel room on the spot, I could not find any. I had to call someone wake them up at 3am to sleep on his couch and having to go to work the next day. I had a phone call later with a hotel representative to whom I explained the whole situation and that I should not be charged. And then a day later they still charged me a no show fee. Also contacted Booking customer support to help with the situation to which they denied responsbility and replied to me that I should just deal with the hotel on my own.

It was generally quiet, and the other residents were friendly.

No one came to clean at all during my 13-night stay, which had been guaranteed.

The location just next to a train station.

The check-in process took too long because the staff who handled my check-in was unsure what to do. After 15 minutes then only she seek help from a colleague.

I liked the room which I felt very comfortable and which is equipped with a small kitchen including pots etc. and a bathroom and also I liked the possibility to use the washing machines which are on the lower ground. Also I liked the area: quiet and yet well connected to public transport.

I was a bit surprised that the room was cleaned only the 3rd day when I was staying there. I would have preferred it to be cleaned every second day.
