Great location, spacious condo.

We were a group of 4 couples so the house was perfect everyone had their own bathroom which is really important for couples. The house was very spacious and clean. Stocked very well with towels, dishes and pots and pans. We loved it.

We were a party of six in this unit. For this group, it was a perfect size. We had seating for everyone in the living room, and there were six seats on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. We stayed in February, and the building was quiet with the elevators readily available. The outdoor hot tubs were not heated, but we were able to use the pool inside as well as the hot tub, and many times we were the only one in the pool. We also made use of the exercise room. Whenever I would contact the owner with a question/comment, they would very quickly respond to me. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Our family traveled from Germany, Oklahoma and SC for our family holiday at the beach. The condo was spacious, clean with beautiful views of the beach.

We stayed at this house for my daughter's graduation from CCU. It was a beautiful house with plenty of room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Showed up on a Sunday to an uncleaned condo but wasnt able to reach anyone due to their office being closed. My family and I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo and management sent out a cleaning crew the next morning to just go over everything again. They were very apologetic and made it right for us. We understand that things happen and would definitely stay there again. Condo was very spacious and was in a great location. Quit and relaxing.

This place offered a great place to stay with plenty of room for all of us. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the management team promptly had the seal replaced on the dishwasher within 20 mins of my calling. Would 100% stay here again!

The 2nd annual family vacation for our family of 9. The access to the beach and availability of pools, made it super convenient to run the littles down to the pool, and others hung in the waves. The condo was perfect for game nights at the large dining room table, and family meals cooked from the kitchen. One small issue with the Master bath, I easily contacted the owners, who sent someone out to make repairs the same day.

In fairness, we did not contact management, just bought a bag of ice. We did leave a note letting them know. There were very nice linens provided and even hotel-type shampoo and conditioners.

Due to the make-up of our group of friends, it was important to have four bedrooms with four baths (not many units of this size always have that fourth bath). The space was perfect and the ocean view was spectacular!! When we had problems with the TV reception and ice maker, management sent help very quickly. The only complaint was the kitchen wasn't equipped with enough eating utensils for more than one meal at the time, no pitchers for tea or lemonade, and the hot mats were so very old and soiled. For a unit of this size that accommodates this many guests, the kitchen could really use more cooking and serving pieces - but we hope to stay there again next year. We will just bring more bags of ice and not plan to cook quite so much. The location was great and was perfect for our group coming in from three different locations.

Property was beautiful but couldn’t reach anyone on the way down to find out about storm damage and power outages.

Thank you for the starter supplies and Thank you to the last renters for leaving cleaning supplies. We loved that everyone had their own space and the bedrooms were split apart for quiet sleeping . Location of this property was amazing. About 10 minutes from great restaurants and shops, the view of the ocean was incredible. Beautiful sunrises every morning. Some decor was missing from what was shown on listing photos, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo other than to shower & sleep so not that big of a deal. Upon arrival we realized the ice machine on the fridge did not work but my boyfriend managed to fix it so we were able to utilize that for beverages which was nice. The walls throughout look rough in places, it could definitely use a good coat of paint. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would recommend this condo to anyone. We hope to come back.

Vacation

First off the pictures on the site are so outdated. Maybe 10+ years ago when the furniture was just bought and the decorations on the walls still existed. The nice clean couches in the pictures are actually brownish grey due to use and time- dirty. The paintings and decor is non existent. A lot things had stains in them including the floor. Very outdated with broken dinning room chairs- don't sit back on them too hard! The light hanging from the opening inbetween the kitchen and dinning room was hanging on threads- we were nervous it was going to fall. The shower curtains were stained with mold and the tubs filled with water when showering. The TVs are super tiny; so if you have a toddler in a pack n play on the floor they can't really see it. The walk in closet was big enough to fit a blow up mattress and have as a 5th bedroom. The balcony was really nice. The furniture on it was again outdated and old and the rug that you see in picture was not there- most of the nice touches were not there. The rugs werr DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Overall they need to update the furniture in this rental- or the pictures.. Now for the appliances. Our ice maker didn't work from day one, had to call and have that fized. Then our dish washer kept leaking and leaking. That was a call that happened twice during out staying. The can opener was broken on arrival. Not enough cookware (bowls, pans, pots) making it difficult to cook for a large group (we had 9 people and the listing said it was stocked for 10). The location is wonderful! Very convenient. The beach is right there- my elderly grandmother was able to make the walk! The pools were large but the indoor pool and the kiddie pool was FREEZING. My 2.5 year old daughter couldn't go in it. The outdoor pool is nice and the lazy river is heated. They have two wash off stations which was nice coming back from beach. The hot tubs were nice just be careful walking in as the steps were really steep (a big drop). Parking. There is a 2 level parking garage. Now I understand owners should have the right for preferred parking. But more than half of this building is rented out to guests and the guests were only allowed to park on the top level with no coverage from sun. It was HOT. The level below was constantly half empty. It became a problem when almost everyone had to park on 2nd level as they tow any guest parking on the 1st. Leaving and arriving became hazardous and scary. Plenty to do locally- a truly great location.
