Tv sounded broken and little kids jumping in and out of the pools and hot tub when adults are trying to relax and they keep cutting the timer off while you was in it and people just let there kids run wild all over the pool Area I mean little kids too there should be more rules enforced people are there to relax not get ran over by kids

Close to beach

Filthy pools....had to wait almost 3 hours after check in to get in our room

was not the room i booked no view feel like a jail cell i did not stay.went to a another motel' got there at 3 they said i could not check till 4 but for 35 dollars i could check in now .told them i would wait till 4 went back at 4.15 waited 20 till i got my room no view no table no furniture no couch or chairs no balcony well it was only 2 feet wide look at a wall next door could not see the beach and they called it oceanfront ask for another room they sorry no so i left

Outdated furniture dirty and severely stained. Visible roaches everywhere Towels extremely stained. Asked for more towels but they were worse than first ones.

The staff were friendly and bathroom was clean with hot water. Oh the AC worked okay.

The building is a dump and needs attention. It's like the owners are bleeding the building dry of money so they can sell it off. The bed dipped in the middle and the room smelled of mildew.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the convenience and it was right there from Family Kingdom but besides that I didn't like anything else about it.

First and foremost when you look at the website on bookit.com it is not the pictures that it showed when you get there . The rooms were dirty the service at the hotel is lousy .. The hotel is not very clean I'm stuffed does not know how to clean the rooms you asked for trash bag trying to be nice to help them clean up the rooms can't get a trash bags they don't even come to your room to see if you need anything towels or bags. The ice machines was not on the floor that it says that it was applied on the hotel guide. And the ice machine on the second floor had glass beside of it and my nephew about stepped on it. The pools were nasty at cigarette butts in them and had so much sand and dirt in the bottom it was so cloudy that you couldn't even see to the bottom of the pool hot tub does not even work. My husband hit his head on the light fixture hanging down outside at the pool and busted his head open first thing Saturday morning and he was not happy. There's a piece of metal on the gate outside the pool that has a screw and a piece of metal on there I guess trying to fix something on the gate and you almost cut your hand on a piece of metal. Outside of the pool where the drains are where the water supposed to drain down and go down in the drains there my nephew kept falling down in the drain because of the drains are not connected at the pool right to level it out where they're supposed to be my nephew kept falling in it and he has scratches on his foot. So after him scratching up his foot we end up leaving the pool because he was mad. Also they took and I don't know why they took and painted the entrance way and then the ramp as you go down and park into the parking garage for the handicap parking they painted it gray and why I do not know because of as when you're trying to come up that ramp if it wet you slide even with new tires you slide coming up and down the ramp because that gray paint makes it slippery.

The location was nice. Love that it was close to family kingdom and ice cream shop for our child.

My family and I checked in on Sunday. I don’t like that we had to put a $200 deposit for our room. The communication on the kitchen, accessories, and utensils was not mentioned that we should bring our own. Hot tub was broken the 7 days we were there. Not enough sitting at the pool. Room was not cleaned the 7 days we were there.
