Room was not cleaned. Floors and carpet appeared dirty. Drains in the wash basin and the kitchenette were not working well. Receptionist could not find our reservation and almost sent us to call the vendor, despite us showing our confirmation number and email.

The location was convenient. I liked that there was ample free and safe parking. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The price was much better than most of the hotels in Las Vegas and no resort fee. The beds were comfortable. Was nice to have the kitchen, fridge, and ice available. Overall very quiet, even on a busy weekend.

This unit was slightly rundown, I know having a rental unit, little things get messed up, but some maintenance is needed. The flooring next to bed is buckled. There is a metal flashing in the kitchen area that is sticking out at ankle level, the garbage disposal wasn’t working and smelled (I fixed that) the hot water in the bathroom sink dripped behind the sink and the cold water was a trickle. Some dish towels would have been nice, and a mention of a Keurig coffee machine in the description would have been helpful.
