Different room condition and booking.com has ignored the situation.

The room 3 bedroom villa was spacious and clean. All the staff from valet, front desk, housekeeping, all employees were very nice and accommodating. This hotel is a genuine diamond in the rough of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing to dislike.

Nothing at all. Would not recommend at all. The worst part was the service.

The room is big.kitchen and washing is good

For the price I paid I am curious why they don’t really make the room daily .and then the hotel just gave a big bag of new linens ,towel ,toilet paper for us to change ourselves.they left at the corridor with a note have a nice day! I had to call the housekeeping for them to come and do housekeeping the next day. This kind of service turn me away

Excellent location, great room with just about anything you need for an extended stay. Very comfortable bed

Nothing, I will remember this as a very bad experience because of bad treatment

Had very bad experience with this hotel. I rarely if ever give a bad review, but how they treated me here is outrageous. Due to exceeding my credit card limit, I had to wait several hours before I could pay for the last few nights. My room was therefore locked and they threatened to evict me from the hotel. After I was able to reach my bank and get the credit card re-authorized, I was able to re-enter my room after a long wait. No empathy or trust in the customer, only the money that matters. The woman in charge of checking payments was the most hypocritical woman I have ever met. She showed no understanding and made me wait for a very long time. Moreover, $750 for a night was downright outrageous for whatever you get here. The room had a very bad smell and was very outdated.

Spacious rooms, great location although construction was ongoing, 4 min walking to the strip, free valet parking services , everything was exceptional

Soft pillows and soft mattresses made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep deep

Location, but road work for Formula race added to the normal grid lock on the roads. The Mexican food truck that parks by the hotel every weekday around 12:00pm.

Room cleaning only every other day...and they stop cleaning by 16:00, so if you have the " do not disturb sign hanging on the door until then, they will not clean your room.

I love the room, the pool, and the location. Excellent customer service; I loved the presentation by David about the vacation deals. Please upgrade the elevators; too outdated for a beautiful building.

I'd change the outdated elevators and clean them a lot better. The windows were not clean. And I'd add one more pool table.
