the location was great and it was very clean

the hotel staff left a note under my door claiming that there was a problem with my payment for the room which couldn’t have been possible since I received a receipt from booking after I paid for the room upfront. after the manager spoke to me and told me that the situation was resolved she tried to charge me again without my consent. I only knew about this due to an alert from my bank.

like the location, not too crowded, friendly staff, clean and neat room.

parking, night stand light not working, fridge some trouble at the beginning. Most disappointed was to find out that breakfast was for two when I booked the room my whole family of four!!!

It's a basic hotel with a low price. It was clean and comfortable and I'd happily stay there again.

It would have been nice for the bar/restaurant to offer more.

Room was super clean. Bed was comfy! Convenient location for the event I was going to. Check in with the app made it easy. Staff knew when to expect my arrival and I was able to check in early

Hotel was nice and clean approx 40 mins walk from bellaggio and ceasars palace

I booked the hotel for 4 ppl including breakfast. upon arrival at the reception I was told for sure I dont have breakfast. But as I had a confirmation we went for breakfast next day and turned out that is only for 2 ppl with special rate and the other two had to pay 40per person. It was not listed anywhere and weird but in Vegas always happens such things… I dont think they treat customers in a fair way there and this will be my reason not going back again.

Felt like a budget hotel experience

Location was great and easy to find. Very large room with fast internet. Room was slightly dated but did the job and considering the location and pricing, couldn’t really complain much. Kids received lovely welcome present upon arrival.

Breakfast a bit pricey, parking not free.
