I like the location

Although it’s a good location , but when I ask about the menu for dinner , they provide me menu for breakfast,,,

None that I remember— Refilling of water is quite far tho at the hallway, And room service takes a follow up to be delivered. In totality, all services rendered of Park Inn by Radisson is superb👍👏

Great location near the mall, and airport. Service was great as well. So helpful and accommodating.

I did not like that he halls smelled like mildew but I can understand being that there's a lot of water around. The main problem I had was that the door for the connecting room did not have a lock on it. I put my luggage up against the door for safety.

On arrival for a short (2 night) stay I told the hotel that I would like to pay in cash on departure. The hotel agreed and took a £400 “holding charge” on my credit card. Later that day I noticed that the amount had actually been debited from my account. When I complained, I was told that it was an error and that the transaction would be reversed immediately – but that it might take 48 hours to show. When I checked out, the refund still hadn’t appeared, but I was assured the transaction had been reversed. I paid in cash and departed. Two days later … no refund. I emailed the hotel. The reply I got was: “may we please ask you to dispute the said charge on your card from your bank” !!! Despite further emails sent directly to the hotel, I received no other reply. Eventually, after waiting four weeks, the debited sum was returned to me via my credit card company. Nonetheless, I was out of pocket by £400 for a month without any recompense. In my view this hotel’s practices are little better than fraudulent. What a bunch of crooks!

I didn’t have breakfast at you establishment

I had a very hard time checking in because of your BDO terminals. Every card I used was declined. I walked to the mall and used the atm outside and boom no issues. For the next few days evertime I tried to pay for things while shopping or withdrawing money it was declined at BDO atm and stores that use BDO. May I suggest you have an alternative for people as an option.

Rooms and breakfast are very average.

Some of the hotel staff's treatment/behavior against us totally unaccepted, they have showed discrimination in the breakfast area, it seems to be they are not liking foreigner to stay in their hotel, they are welcoming and taking care only local Filipino quest, we have bring this incident kind attention to the Park Inn Radisson Davao management, I have registered verbal complaint in the front office and try to meet front office manager but it was vain.

I like that it is beside a mall. There already plenty of choices to go to for lunch or dinner when you are out of ideas.

The gym is under renovation. The equipment in th temporary gym is not working.

The room is spacious and wonderful and modern interior. Very clean and the breakfast was great! Will surely book again in the future.

Nearby SM. Walking distance literally crossing the foot bridge. The staff member are nice especially the guard in the bridge area going to the hotel.
