Noisy. I cant sleep

I was assigned to a room where wifi service is not available. when I asked the front desk staff about it I was told that there was a problem with the net due to a bad weather. I raised the same issue several times and told them the weather has nothing to do with it , I can not find the modem /wifi name given to me. It was only then that they told me that the service may not be available since the modem is located far from the room. They could have assigned a better room to me, the property wa not fully booked that time,

The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. They assisted us from our first day until our last day. The room is very clean, simple, and minimalist style. The location has nearby restaus, night market, and laundry shops.

The wifi is a bit slow as well as the signal. The area is flood-prone especially on rainy days. The rooms are not that soundproof because I can hear the noise and even the footsteps outside. There are also limited sockets inside the room, cannot charge properly unless you have longer cords.

I love the room. It's very clean and comfortable.. I love the cr, very clean

I wish there could be a complimentary breakfast next time

The staff are very accomdating. Perfect location just a walking distance to the roxas market❤️very accessible to transportation. Many restaurants nearby. The bed are very comfortable and thick. For the size of the room is a little bit smaller. The hotel is equipped with elevator.

Room is a little bit smaller for me and i suggest there should be complementary water at least during the first day😊
