The only issue I had was that te seif was not working and I tried to get a hold of a person to fix it but nobody who could do that was around

I liked that it was very close proximity to the beach and accessible to taxi or bus as well. Yes you can hear music from the beach but it usually stops at around 1-2AM we noticed. So we were not bothered. It's just a faint sound as well. We went 2nd week september though. So maybe less tourist? But yeah we didn't mind the noise. The room is clean and they provided us with tiny shampoo and soaps. The best part is our view. We had the sea view room and it was worth the money!

Only downside, we booked in pounds online and when we arrived we wanted to pay by lek cash but the exchange rate was so low. So we ended up paying by card.

Unfortunately its not a place we would ever visit again. We came there for our 5th anniversary to get a bit of luxury ad we hopped this place offers (based on score and pictures). To start with its not a hotel its a guest house and we got confused as its for sure not 4 stars. The bathroom is a wet room shower is over a toilet when you shower everything finalising toilet gets wet. It was not so bad but the smell form the shower and pipes was horrible we kept all windows opened and door closed to bathroom and still we couldn't sleep with the smell. We reported it twice and it was not repaired:/ 6 nights we were using senses candles etc and it was very unpleasant. Unfortunately they don't speak English, when we arrived we were not even able to order coffee as they didn't understand us, owners had to come to help but we communicated only google translate as their English was really basic. We wouldn't mind that but all info how to travel around what to see etc we got from one hotel by the beach where they spoke perfect English. Talking about breakfast was very inconsistent one day we got fresh juice when served by owners and nice fresh food awhich was great another day when owners where not there only bread no hot food and juice from cartoon. I think the owners shoudk take this critical information as positive review and maybe control the place a bit better or think of hireying other people to work for them as its a shame. Hotel is really well located but all the rest made our stay unpleasant. We also fins it too expensive for October and not a great value for money

Great location and friendly reception. Breakfast was freshly prepared and while similar day to day, was still enjoyable.

Would be nice if the guy managing the restaurant was as cheerful as the reception.

The breakfast was very nice you have lots of variety to eat and the location was perfect surrounded with different beaches and lots of restaurant and shops I recommend to any one who want to visit Ksamil

Location is excellent. It was our first time Ksamil and we didn't really know the area. When we arrived we discovered we were literally as central as you can be. Shops, supermarket and excellent restaurants are literally 30 seconds walk. The beach is no more than 5 mins away either. The room was more than ample and had a lovely balcony to sit out on and watch the buzz of the town. The bed was large and very comfortable. We read negative reviews about the bathrooms. They are wet room style but we loved it. The shower water drained just fine and with the heat, the bathroom was completely dry in just a few mins. The receptionist also got us out of a pickle and offered us laundry service which we desparately needed. We dropped it off at 11pm and by next morning we had washed and neatly folded clothes for an incredibly reasonable price.

Breakfast wasn't great. The selection was OK but as a fan of coffee I was dismayed that they only had awful soluble coffee to mix with water. They can make you a proper barista coffee but you have to pay extra (although very cheap so no big deal). The food on offer varied each day and it was passible but not the best. Still, nothing that would discourage another visit. Just don't have very high expectations. Rooms are not serviced every day. Only every other day.

The location is comfortable, it was easy to get there. The room was clean. The hotel offered rather good breakfast. The staff was friendly.

Walls are very thing, so you can hear everything from the neighbor room. Shower it is very uncomfortable, it is without doors, so the whole bathroom is wet after taking shower. Some pieces of furniture need to be changed (like mirror in the bathroom).

The hotel was clean, restaurant is rather cheap, and it is so close to the city center. Beaches are just 4 min walk away. A supermarket and exchange office right across the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

A nice hotel in central part of Ksamil with beaches, supermarket, souvenir shop and restaurants at hand. Very kind personnel, cosy bright rooms, tasty food and, of course, a magnificent sea coast view from the balconies. Imagine the direct view of the Corfu island! Definitely recommend!

Shower is combined with toilet without a separating glass, which is not much comfortable.

I was staying in Hotel Murati with my partner for 3 nights. The room was fine. We were on the first floor and had a sea view which I recommend. The mattresses and pillows in the room were comfortable. The location was fine. It's near the main center. There are a lot of delicious restaurants nearby

The bathroom was very small. They don't throw away the trash from the rooms every day, but every second day. The breakfast was poor. We came at 09:30 to eat and almost everything was empty and finished (Breakfas was from 08:00 - 10:00). When we asked for possible refill for something, we were refused.
