Very nice location, 5 min walking to the beach and close to supermarket. The hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful. we had 2 rooms which was nice and there is everything you need if you wash to make food. Totally recommend:)

Everything! Apartment was clean and comfortable. You can see the sea from the tarrace. Host are very gently and they will try to help you with everything. This is perfect place to be if you want quiet place out of city jungle :) Nearest beach its 5 mins walk, others in center are 15 min walk. I strongly recommend this apartment. Big 10!!!

Great location at the start of downtown Ksamil. 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10 to beaches and restaurants. On site parking. Very comfortable and cozy apartment with kitchenette. Really nice shower. Beautiful garden with figs, pomegranates, limes and cute cats. Good AC and WiFi. And the hosts are wonderful! They were so nice and welcoming during our stay.

The bedroom could use a blanket

The owners of the guesthouse were incredibly welcoming and nice, even though they didn't speak English or Turkish. The room was clean and very good for the price. The property is in a nice quiet location, far away from all of the noise of Ksamil. I recommend this place to everyone

Nothing really.

It was absolutely lovely. At first we couldn't find the guesthouse but with little help from the locals we got on time. The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom spacious. The owners don't speak English, but luckily we managed to communicate with them in Greek. They were extremely kind, they even gave us cold drinks when we arrived and fresh sheets and towels after the second night. We didn't get the room with the sea view, but we could easily admire the garden from our windows. The place was really quiet and good located. The nearest beach was around 10 minutes away. We honestly enjoyed our stay and for sure we'll come back some day! :)

A bigger knife in the kitchen would be great, because sometimes it was difficult to cut the food with the small one.

We liked basically everything, especially the superfriendly hosts. We would always choose that spot on our return.

The hosts were super nice. They do not speak english or german but sent their young son to welcome us in english, the lady made a coffee for us, we felt very welcome. Everything was super clean and neat. It is like 10-15 mins of walking from beach but therefore it was calm, although it is in the quarter of other aparments..

Exceptional apartments, you will not go wrong whichever you choose. Equipment, cleanliness, peace for every recommendation. Thank you to the hosts.

Guest house was perfectly clean, owners were sooo nice. They even welcomed us with some coffee and biscuits <3 we found everything we needed for the stay, even towels to put under our feet and they also gave us special sheets for the baby. The fun sheets, so the baby was occupied for a while there :D we were with 10-month old and she was crawling everywhere without problem, it was kind of safe space for her too :) the house is much nicer than it seems on fotos.

It was very nice comfortable and very quiet place for relax,it felt like beeing home, quiet and very relaxing place, it has everything you need to have a very comfortable vacation, very close to the beach. Also the owner's were very kind to us. My recomadation.🙂😊

Everything was just great! Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything. The location itself was perfect - it's not directly in the center, so it was very calm during the whole day, but we could reach the center, markets, restaurants and the beach within a very short walk. I'd also like to mention the beautiful garden around the house. In case we visit Ksamil again some time in the future, we'll definitely come back to this place!

What an incredible time we had at this warm guesthouse! To begin with, the hosts were amazing people! We felt just like home and loved their company! Alex(the owner) is the master of frappe-we experienced his frappe was the best we ever tried; he also gave us a free lesson how to prepare that in our own. We had a frappe every morning with a big smile from them and warm hugs from Ana(the owner). The room is actually a small apartment equipped with everything u need probably more than what u really need so that’s super cool! The shower is amazing, everything extra clean and very beautiful and modern interior. We enjoyed a lot the garden which was well maintained and full of fruits. Alex gave us fresh lemons, spicy peppers and garlic. We also liked the company of Bajame( Alex’s sister). So nice people, words cannot explain. Regarding the location, honestly you cannot wish for a better place to be. It is close to every beach or attraction. Within 5-10 mins driving you can be in Three Islands beach, Mirror Beach, Pema e Thate beach, Seagulls beach, Monastery beach and the amazing Butrint. If you need something, the hosts are more than responsive at any time. We also tried raki- traditional Albanian alcohol there with them. Ksamil is a true gem of Albanian Riviera. I would highly suggest you My Guesthouse Ksamil for a long stay. You wont regret a thing! Great value of money and beautiful company! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The spot was so cute. I especially loved the outside terrace and garden. It was a great place to relax after a day in the sun and play cards. The owner was such a friendly guy as well even giving us some welcome beers.
