There was a problem with water in bathroom Shower isn't finished yet I hope that this issue will be solved as soon as possible

Hotel is about 10-15 minutes by walk from the main beaches in Ksmail. It is in a quiet zone, where you can relax. They even offer a possibility to use jacuzzi (chargeable) on the top floor with a view on the city (you should try it, nice experience). Breakfast is abundant and freshly prepared, wifi working good and room spacious and clean. Parking is on a street,

Perhaps the bathroom is small compared to the size of the room and balcony.

I do not think we've ever met such kind and welcoming Hosts! They really care about their guests and it makes your stay very special. Thank you for the experience :)

The welcome, the breakfast, the hotel, the host were great. we really enjoyed our vacation. Every morning we got something special for breakfast.

The owners are a beautiful family that will accomodate all of your needs. We made friends especially with the son, the brightest of boys. They have a great laundry service, breakfast is exceptional and they also serve an "aperitivo" on the rooftop. Great view.

Dream Hotel is perfect! This is a family run business and they put their heart and soul into everything. Before we even reached the property they responded immediately to any questions that we had. Once there we were greeted so nicely and given cold bottled water. The room was spotless and SUPER clean, the size of the room was perfect for two people. The balcony was great. The breakfast is delicious (hot and cold items), they have an array of items which are also suitable for vegetarians! The walk to the beach is 5-7 minutes, and it is set a bit back from the main strip so there isn't a lot of noise pollution. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is arriving to Ksamil. The family and staff are the best part, always smiling and ready to help with questions you have. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great!

It was just a wonderful experience to stay at the hotel. Katarina and Paula are such nice hosts and they were very attentive to make your stay the most comfortable. I would recommend everyone to choose this hotel for their stay in wonderful Ksamil.

Clean, comfortable and well decorated. Very friendly and atentive staff. Breakfast in the rooftop was lovely. Quite as it is outside of the city center, only ten minutes walk.

the breakfast was very poor, there were no meat products such as sausages, the products that were in the buffet were very cheap and were not eaten, the breakfast was not worth it. The road was very bad, and there was no ambient parking as it said in the facilities. Customers parked the car on the street.

Very nice hotel with really friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast on the large terrace was super (they offer every day something special like a cake etc.), you can also have drinks there in the evening. Highly recommended!

The only thing we didn't like: Each time we took a shower the whole floor in the bathroom got flooded.

Clean modern apartment, actually nicer than the photos. The hosts are absolutely lovely. The buffet breakfast was great up in the rooftop. Highly recommend.

Was a little difficult to find, google and Apple maps didn’t quite point us to the right place however when we messaged the hosts they immediately helped us.

Our stay was perfect! Our host was super nice, friendly and helpful. She asked us everyday if everything was okay. She was superb. When I asked for a wine opener, she looked everywhere and was sorry she could't find one. A minute later, she knocked on our door and brought us the wine opener. The room was big and clean. The matress was comfortable. We had a terrace where we enjoyed drinking wine and beer, reading a booking and just hang around. They cleaned our room every single day! We stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast room has a nice view. The breakfast is varied - not everything but our host made the best out if it. She prepared egg in different ways everyday (fried, cooked, omelette), she made some traditional bread/pastry, crèpes and also served different fruits (banana, peach, watermelone, honeydew). I find the location good because it was not loud at night. You can walk to the beach and supermarket. There is also a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby - all walking distance within 10 minutes.

The tv did not work but it was okay. The internet connection was good so at night we watched netflix instead.

We got a really warm welcome and they assisted in everything during our stay. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and well equipped as well. I recommend to choose this apartment when visiting Ksamil. :)

Katerina and Paola were the most amazing hosts someone could wish for. The room was extremely clean, well-established and beautifully designed, a place where you can really feel at home while travelling. It came with an AC and a balcony that is a big plus in the hot albanian summer. Our hosts were really taking care of everything starting with our amazing, spacious suite and the delicious breakfast with the best coffee in town. They helped us navigating in the city, telling us about the hidden gems of the area and making sure we really have a great time while our stay in Ksamil. Dream Apartments is the best place to stay in the area, we highly recommend it to fellow travellers, and I am sure we will come back.
