posizione perfetta, stanze spaziose

ci hanno dato un solo paio di chiavi per tutti (eravamo in 5) ed erano essenziali per l’elettricità dell’appartamento, e faceva freddo pur avendo il clima acceso

the apartment had everything and was in an ideal location. the hosts were lovely and extremely helpful i have no complaints and i would love to visit again!

I chose "La Casa di Elisa" for my first trip to Cagliari and I was pleasantly surprised: the house is even bigger and prettier than in the photos, and Gianfranco is very approachable! The house has everything you need: kitchen utensils, air conditioning, first aid kit... The location is very central, in a picturesque street, close to the marina, and with lots of shops and restaurants around. I chose not to rent a car and take public transports and I had no problem. Everything is very close and easy to use!

This is not a negative point, but the only thing I would add would be more cooking knives and a scraper for the delicious Sardinian cheese!

Appartment is located in a heart of historical part of old Calgiari, next to the Marina. If you would like to take the bus, bus stop is about 5min walk from your place. The house is souranded by number of restaurants with different quisines, including Cagliari quisine. We uses ^Easycletta^ for renting electrick bikes, which is also 5min walk from the house. If you plan to take a train from the airport, you will be at the app. after 10min walk. Gianfranco , the owner is very friendly and helpful, he answered all of our questions and recomended us places worth visiting and restaurants with good food. The hous is very comfortable for 4-5 people. Kitchen and bathroom was fully ecquipped, including, tea, coffea, salt, peper, olive etc. Gianfranco left for us package of biscuits, marmolades and some bootles of water in the fridge. I really reccomend this place.

The only think which was missing is glasses to wine.

The apartment is perfectly located. It is clean and you will found all necessary. Owners are kind and attentive.

We were two people, stayed two weeks and liked the nice atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen with the expandable table was important as we often went to the St. Benedetto market to buy fresh fruits and food to cook. Other super markets are also close, e.g. a big one on Via Sidney Costantino. We also appreciated available toiletries and replacement of towels and bed linen after the first week. At least the big double bed was very comfortable. The central location allowed us to reach points of interest by foot and we enjoyed our regular evening walks up to the nearby Bastione with its overview to the city. The vital center of Cagliari with its many restaurants and shops attracts a lot of people, streets can get noisy until midnight. Gianfranco welcomed us with water and bred. He and his family did everything to make our stay comfortable and were available any time via WhatsApp. It was no problem to leave the luggage in the apartment after checkout. Mille grazie Gianfranco
