We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, very spacious, and in a great location with close proximity to the Marriott pool and the ocean. The icing on the cake was being able to use the club membership at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

I texted.the property manager at the end of our stay things that probably effect their bottom line. The master toilet wouls not stop running unless you pulled the handle back up, which was not a big deal for us to do, but the kids often forgot. The living area was quite warmbin the morning until about 4 in the afternoon, making the ac run hard. The dryer was not efficient, taking 2 cycles to dry clothes, the ice maker was very slow, and the hot water ran out daily. I could not even fill up the jetted tub without running out of hot water. These last 3 things made staying there with 7 people a challenge. The size of the condo was great and it was impeccably clean. The dining furniture was mismatched and some of the chairs were sketchy to sit on. The red living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The couches shown in the pics in the master bedroom are not there. My husband and I are plus sized and I there is no middle support in the king sized bed. We ended up pulling the mattress to the floor for fear of breaking the box springs. The lights in the sitting area in the master bedroom did not work and there was no cover on the light on the fan in the living room by the kitchen. I know I'm sounding nitpicky, but we're not rich people and I had expect that I was paying for luxury. The size of the condo was great for us though. Just manage your expectations better than I did.....

We had a phenominal vacation experience. The property was wonderful and so convienient to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort with Beach Club access. Easy to dine out or in, with lots off space for family gathering and resting. Barbara/Dolly were very easy to communicate with and easy check in, and helped make the vacation special with valuable insights for dining and play. We'd definitely come back again!

We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.

Luxury property with a lot of open space. 4 units and each unit is an entire floor. Our family of myself, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons enjoyed the wrap around patio with peeks of the ocean, as the condo is located right behind the Marriott.
The amenity of using the Marriott was definitely worth it. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas included. Get ready to be spoiled by a wonderful beach wait staff!
Dolly is just a text away to answer questions or help as needed and we loved the personal meet and greet. Would recommend for small families or group of 3 couples for a getaway. Walking to shopping and restaurants is convenient. Thank you Dolly for hosting our family!

Communication before the stay was good. Dolly, the host was great. Check in was easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Condo was amazing. Lots of space for 6 of us. The location was excellent and the use of the Marriott Resort was awesome. Short and easy walk to the resort. The pool and beach at the Marriott were great. We enjoyed the restaurant at the Marriott as well.

We were on the 3rd of 5 floors. Nice decor and very spacious master bedroom, kitchen and living area. The wrap around deck was awesome. Dolly, the owner was very accommodating with anything we needed or questions we asked. We would stay again. It was such a bonus to be able to use the facilities at the Marriott next door and to get 20% off food and drinks!

The condo is good size and clean. It is really nice to be able to use the Harbor Beach Resort pool area and beachfront. Our boys really enjoyed playing with the beach toys provided by the condo. The building is currently undergoing some updating, but my main complaint is that the master bedroom bed is not comfortable. I would consider staying here again.

The appointments of the unit, the proximity to the beach, the Marriott club passes, which gave you full access to every aspect of the Marriott hotel adjacent to the property were absolutely fantastic not to mention the 20% off discount those club passes provided at all Marriott restaurants and bars!!!
We especially enjoyed full access to the Marriott gym, the free beach, chairs, and umbrellas on the beach. The list goes on and on everything was absolutely magnificent, it was an incredible experience and we intend to repeat as often as possible in the future.!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Owner is great with communication. Our electronic key stopped working Christmas Eve and she ran right over to remedy the problem. Place was immaculate. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Walking distance to everything and the beach is steps away. Marriott rights are the best part of our stay. Chair side service with drinks, food, towels chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for a great stay. We will book again in the future.

The condo has everything you could possibly need, including a variety of beach toys, which our grandchildren loved. When we arrived in Florida, I contacted Dolly and she was at the condo to greet us and give us a tour.
The condo is beautiful, but needs some work (the floors were spongy in places). The showers and baths took awhile for the water to get warm.
The location was convenient, but there is no view of the beach or ocean. It is a hike, especially with small children, to get to the beach. Having access to the Marriott was very nice.
The corner location of the condo makes for quite a bit of traffic. In the morning, the truck deliveries to the neighboring buildings making sitting out on the balcony not very peaceful.
Overall, we had a great trip.

This place takes the cake! Beautiful condo with full resort access. The condo is stunning, large, and comfortable! Stocked with everything you need for your stay! Daytime we were resort goers at a beautiful beach resort with special access, but had the luxury of staying at our own place literally beside the resort. It was a win for the kids and adults! I absolutely love this condo and will definitely be returning!

It is rare that a property is better than photos. This place is huge and very well kept. Kitchen is stocked with appliances and dishes, so you can cook or prepare anything. The cleaning staff is kind and does a great job. Beach access is a dream. The beach is quiet and clean. We had no issues with pool chairs or space. Splash pad for kids is great. Cannot wait to come again.

Girls Bach Weekend
We had am awesome time in Ft Lauderdale at this great luxury condo. Walking distance to everything. Uber pickups were sometimes a little hairy because they got directed to the Marriott but not terrible. Being able to use the Marriott amenities next door was great (pool, beach chairs/umbrellas, Starbucks, shops, restaurants). Shower head pressure was not that great but I guess this is normal for Florida. Overall a great stay and we would come again.
