Ruhige und trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage, zwei kleine Supermärkte wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

In der Wohnung war es ziemlich kalt, heizen war nur mit zwei kleinen elektrischen Heizungen möglich

Część domu (parter). Okolica bardzo spokojna. Z małego balkonu widać ocean. Sypialnia z podwójnym łóżkiem oraz kanapa w salonie. Właścicielka odpowiada na pytania bardzo szybko. Dom położony ok 6km od autostrady, droga pod górkę, dość kręta. Niezbędny samochód (dobra jest firma CICAR). Można parkować tuż obok domu. Od południowego lotniska ok 30km. Do stolicy ok 35 km. Blisko plaża Los Roques. Cena do wartości jest OK.

Warto dodać kilka szklanek i kieliszków.

The house is situated in a small mountain village at about 450m elevation, with 2-3 bars and a community centre, so a very quiet setting. The view from the balcony is outstanding, the bougainvillea out the back and the massive palm tree to the side really add to the feeling that nature rules everything here. The property has all the mod cons, but is not cluttered and everything there has a sense of purpose and functionality, they're no unnecessary details. The house itself overall has a lot of charm with the old shutters on the windows, and is decently renovated, it could be 80 to 100 years old, just a guesstimate on my part. We were here for 6 days and would stay here again any time.

The only minus of the entire experience in my books was the impersonal nature of it all - we never got to meet the host, the key we picked up from the box on the wall and that's where we also left it. This lack of any contact is perhaps a hangover from the Covid days, but to me subjectively ,as a 20th century pre-digital human being, it dehumanises the experience and makes it feel purely transactional. If it weren't for this I would rate the experience 10/10. This way it's a decent 8/10.

The environment was very nice, the view from the terrace was terrific.

It was a bit cold in the house during the vacation, but it did not affect the vacation

We were sure that the palm tree in the pictures was photo-shopped - It wasn't ! Cozy little place. WiFi worked. Didn't expect a washing machine in such a small place, but we made use of it. We parked right outside the door (though angled up on the pavement)

Sunrise every day, I could see sometimes the Gran Canaria island.

A very pace fully place to spend your time with a wander full view to the ocean. The house was extremely clean with all facilities available. I recommend this place for people how didn't like the agitation of the big city.
