Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to Venice via a bus. Nice yard.

Wonderful hospitality by a very friendly and incredibly helpful host/owner. She offered us good advice on how to get to Venice and good local restaurants around the hotel. The place was clean and comfortable and offered a very nice breakfast. 100% recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful but if I have to say something I didn't like, the only things were very minor inconveniences like no place to plug in and charge your phone near the bed and no shelf in the shower to place shampoo and soap on. That's it. Not hardly worth mentioning.

convenient location for purpose of our stay. Accessible, spacious lift, parking close to property. Anna was very very helpful and told us about local restaurants and shopping centre. She accommodated our request for water kettle, glasses, cutlery, plates.

There was no fridge in the room. No place to put soap in the shower. there are stairs in the room to access sitting area however we hit our heads a few time’s because the small table is located under the stairs, stair frame is metal so that is not safe.

The property was well maintained and the rooms for the price point were comfortable. This appeared to be a family owned property and the lady we dealt with was very hospitable and she went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable and happy.

This property is a gem sadly located in an area of industry. The property is beautiful it just needs to be picked up and situated in a different area. There are no food options close by and there is no sidewalk to get to the town. We had to dodge cars walking on the side of the road in the dark with our phone flashlights on so we could be seen. Also, while I understand I was in Italy and the language is not English, the ability to communicate was way more difficult than we had anticipated. Had to use iPhone translate app for all communication with the hotel staff!

Beautiful place! The owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable, well-equipped, cleaned daily. A great starting point for exploring Venice and its surroundings

This was a super comfortable place to stay. Parking is right in front of the building, there is a big lawn and play structure and fruit trees and grapes on the back. There is an elevator and the room was very big and comfortable. We stayed in a two-level room and the view of the fields was beautiful. The location was great for Venice, we rook the bus to Venice and it took about 20-25 minutes from the center of the village which was a 3-minute drive. There was free parking right next to the bus stop.

I did not like Booking. You made my reservation without breakfast, although the offer was 66euro BB. In the hotel everything was very nice!

It was very clean and well organised, the hosts were friendly and hospitable and the property was ideally placed for our needs (short drive to Fusina to catch our ferry to Greece).

We didn’t have any dislikes.

Very close to the ferry terminal at Fusina. The lady was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Clean room and good breakfast.

A waste paper basket was missing in the room.

Very friendly family, new and very clean, spacious rooms, playground for kids in the garden, and fresh eggs and vegetables from the farm made our overnight stay very comfortable. We also loved the pizza in the very close take-out pizzeria, managed by the same family.

All was good and we hope to come again next year.
