Water heater in the MBR is not working.

Spacious and location is great.

Full length mirrors wardrobe facing you in the other two rooms beside the master brm. Just not used to such arrangement. Not everyone will mind though.

What we loved about our stay was the generous room space, the fantastic location, and the sleek, modern design. We also felt secure thanks to their good security measures, and having basic cooking facilities was a practical touch. A definite highlight was finding a bathtub in the master bedroom!

On the flip side, there were a few hiccups. Sadly, we couldn't get WiFi in our room, which was a bit of a downer. Dealing with a non-functional water heater was a chilly surprise after a full day of adventure—our attempt at a relaxing bath turned into a quick shivering shower! The misaligned shower glass door in the master bedroom was a bit of a splashy situation, and the water heater took its sweet time to warm up without really getting hot. The rain shower head disappointed us with its low water pressure. Lastly, the room with the bunk bed had a lingering musky smell that made us resort to sleeping with the window open.

Very clean condo with good beds and pillows. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Small kopitiam just downstairs and a yummy hotpot restaurant just 5 mins walk away. Good security - all delivery to guardhouse only so its good safety. Common areas underwent some maintenance recently. Swimming pool also very well maintained.

Got some urine smell in the living room when we entered the unit. The master bedroom aircon is not working well and is hot at night. Saw a silver fish insect crawling on my son's leg when he sat on the sofa. Didn't managed to catch it as it crawled in between the gap. Need about 15 min walk to Mid Valley.

Walking distance to Midvalley shopping mall. Good small restaurants and a coffee shop with good hawker food selection.

Very close to MidValley malls. Security guards are very responsible, lifts are flash card security enabled too.

Kids pool fountain was not functioning when we where there.

Very cosy, spacious and nicely decorated. Suitable for families, and felt safe as there was security check upon entry. This was also close to the mall and highway, so it was very convenient to travel in and out of. Appreciate the responsiveness of the hotel staff/owner over WhatsApp, though responsiveness over the booking.com messaging could be improved. Note that you won't get details of your check-in until only a day before.

Despite the nice deco, it's not very well-maintained. The cabinets are probably not cleaned because we found someone else's top in one of the drawers, so we didn't use it. There was peeling wallpaper etc. as well. The water heaters for the bathrooms were unintuitive - they don't heat anymore after about 30 minutes if you leave them on. This means that if you have around 3 people showering one after another using the same heater, the last person won't have much heated water left. The only way to mitigate this is to turn off the heater for an arbitrary amount of time, then turn it on again. We didn't know this and some of us showered with cold water on the first day. The common bathroom light also stopped working by the 2nd evening. My family had to use their mobile phone flash lights in there.

Just the location and vicinity to mall (but not safe to walk there)

This is our 2nd time in this complex. First time was ok but this time... Bad experience Toilet seats loosen, place not clean, worn out, no hot water in main bathroom (the handyman tried to fix it without success), instant water heater working sometimes in second bathroom, kitchen lights broke the 2nd day, wifi sometimes not working. I have two small kids and it was really a hassle to wash them with cold water and we had to boil water separately. How can you have a tub in main bathroom without hot water? I will choose somewhere else if need to go to jb again. At least got proper refund from property mgmt.

Overall one of the cleaner apartment compared to peers in JB.

WiFi was not strong in the rooms, only strong in living room. Location abit of an inconvenience to get late night snacks or breakfast

Place is clean and comfortable. Beside there is a coffee shop which serves local food. Mid valley is very near. Car park lot is allocated and is safe.

Could hv added local TV shows. Though Netflix is provided.

The room and apartment was clean and well maintained..

Wifi connectivity can be improved. Very low wifi signal when in the bedroom.
