Very clean hotel and comfortable...value for money!

Room service menu selection quite limited not much option to choose from for both adults and kids. Should improvise on this area. Others areas are all excellent!

Hotel and rooms are well cleaned.

- F&B quality from food to drinks was generally poor. - Suite has loads of wasted spaces and lacks essential amenities - No plug point for hairdryer in bathroom nor is there a dressing table or area for the hairdryer to be used (i..e just a bathroom mirror) - Staff was under trained (enthusiastic) but very little understanding of hospitality - Room quality is below par - including furnishings - Damp odour throughout the hotel especially in room

The hotel ambience and room is still well maintained.

Room bed slightly too Firm causes the whole night couldn't sleep well.

I love the breakfast buffet… there were many varieties of food and we were spolit for choice… I love that the hotel provide quality shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion… no need to pack any of those next time…

Everything were great… only that the bathroom door was abit heavy & hard to slide open…

All the staff were very helpful, warm & friendly, especially the concierge. The breakfast was delicious with its wide spread of choices. I especially enjoyed the live stationed teh tarik. I also love the cookies given out upon checking in.

The bathroom lock was not functioning properly. I almost got locked inside

Right away at check-in, I felt warmly welcomed. We were given warm cookies! They were yummy. The check-in process was fuss-free and easy. The room was clean. We also tried the hotel breakfast on our last day and enjoyed it tremendously.

Comfy bed, pillows, the toilet was tip top (clean), .the aircon was perfect. My friend and I had wonderful time here..my friend keep praising her liking to this hotel as it was our first time staycation over here.

Would prefer the ones working at reception area to put on a smile so we feel warmth and welcome..

Love the foods here..n the staff also helpful and kind..thank u. Love..love..love the welcome walnut cookies n the walnut cookie mascot was cute n sweet..thanks for the sweet memories. Definitely will come here again it's our no.1 hotel now when come to JB next time.

Alles rundum gut, sehr freundliches Personal, speziell die Concierge Services waren herausragend. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, allerdings keine Früchteabteilung.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber Salz- und Pfefferstreuer auf den Frühstückstischen würde es perfekt machen.

Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the reception during check in. Welcomed with hot cookies. Staff Lutfi was attentive to notice that it wS my mom’s birthday during the check in as well. Hotel room was clean. Breakfast spread was good as well.

First time staying, staff were friendly. Room was clean, aircon cooled room quickly. Beds were large and comfy. Shower had strong pressure. Complimentary cookies given during check-in were delicious. Carpark was well-lit, clean and parking lots were spacious. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Gym was well-equipped and cold. Lifts were fast. Will stay again.

Swmming pool was dirty, especially the bottom area. Water leaks out from shower area easily. Need to be careful. Room does not seem to have a on/off switch for the light at the room's entry. Can't be left on at night for bathroom access, forced to leave bathroom lights on, which were very bright at night.

The breakfast is good

The room that I stay have this smell that I can’t tolerate,I thought after taking a nap the smell will gone but nope still strong until it wake me up from my nap,I told the reception and we change to other room but there’s still a same smell but slightly better.Not value for my money though.Hope the hotel management try and change the carpet or do something about the smell,very disappointed.

The staffs are professional and always ready to serve. Service quality is top notch. Facilities are great. Very convenient as near customs.

The Kings Corner room abit dusty. Kept sneezing. The carpet not that clean.

Complete Amenities, Sunset right in front our window. well maintained facilities, sauna, jacuzzi & swimming pool. Super efficient service too! Got my room by 11am as I arrived a bit too early at 9am. Fantastic buffet spread.

In the middle of the night, the aircons seemed to stop working and the room became warm. Had highlighted and was told it was a systems setting issue for which I had requested that it be resolved but was not done so.

room polluted with cigarette smell exchanged room also musty atmosphere, shower handle filmsy, aircon flipping noise. too tired to change room anymore hence just bear with it and sleep through the night and check out the next day morning.

breakfast was awesome. warm, lovely, friendly staffs/chef and ambience.

no room slippers, no hairdryer, no cottonbuds provided in the room/bathroom. had to pay a deposit of rm150 during checkin (refundable during checkout).

Love the top notch service! Surprised my son for his bday with a cake towel, handwritten bday card, balloons, petals and a slice of cake. Best part is I didn’t request for that extra service and we booked on short notice like an hour beforehand. The welcome choc chip cookie is amazing and delicious! Breakfast was amazing. Extensive spread with waffles, pancakes, egg station, pastries, ice cream, prata, cheese section, teh tarik and many many more. There’s a pillow menu. And lastly, my mom fainted and fell face down and fractured her cheekbone on the way back to the hotel ( not the hotel itself) and I asked for ice via room service. They delivered a bucket of ice and also napkins in a jiffy. The room service even called me that night itself and the next morning to check on my mom. Great job all around! We will be back!

Not hotel’s fault at all. If walking to the shopping malls, need to be extra careful, especially for elderly or young kids. Better yet, just drive or book a grab.
