The bed was comfortable and Breakfast was acceptable. Many tables were available at 8.30am.
No hand towels or lotion provided. The water dispenser was noisy that we had to switch it off.

The location is nice.
The hotel staffs forgot to clean the room thorougly, there are drinks left in the fridge by the previous guests. No room slippers and robes. The breakfast buffet is just fair.

Room size is good. Rooms were clean and equipped with an alkaline filtered water dispenser was a great idea.
Waste from the wash basin wasn’t flowing well. Such blockage should have been reported by the cleaner and dealt with by the maintenance team before releasing the room to the guests.

Clean, the deluxe room King size bed was really comfortable, everything was good. staffs are being very friendly and helpful.
just the bathroom sink is clogged, you need to slowly let the water drained in order to use again

the bed is comfy, the location is strategic, there's 24 hours restaurants, convenient store dan coffee house within a walking distance. Free parking available too.

Big room, spacious, really really goood breakfeast...many choices include salad, dessert, even dimsum also have in breakfeast. Others food also good and so many varieties. Smoke salmon with good yogurt and cheese...value for money. I will come again and bring more friend to stay here...

I didn't take breakfast with booking. The location is good
So far all ok. But after did housekeeping never provide towels. Still need to wait for trowels 2 to 3hrs even call reception.

The facilities are good and the price is good value for money. The location is also very good as it is close to restaurants and malls. The spa inside the hotel, Borneo Oasis, was also really good! My friend and I got the aromatherapy massage and it was heavenly!

very spacious room
the curtains are not wide or thick material enough to block of the sunlight. we were facing the sea and it was super bright at 7+am and woken up by the strong light.
Sound of dripping water in the drainage system although we ensured no visible dripping of water - hard to fall asleep.
swimming pool very very small.
pillow cases were dirty as I had outbreak on my face (I don’t have outbreaks) the next day as I lie on the pillows face down when I sleep.
my friend’s room - the filtrate water dispenser wasn’t working well or something - the taste of the water was very alkaline.

THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WAS VERY SMOOTH AND FAST. GOOD WIFI, CONNECTED WITHOUT ID AND PASSWORD REQUIRED. THE SIZE OF ROOM IS GOOD, MUCH SPACE FOR PRAYING. MANY CHANNEL ON TV, NETFLIX IS INCLUDED TOO. COMFY BED AND PILLOWS. EATING PLACE IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

TOWEL Crisis. request extra towel on day 1 but the reception told us no extra towel till year end. we use the same towels again on day2 which I never experience with other hotels.
