Nuestra espaciosa y cómoda casa de 2da fila en el Golfo de México cuenta con todas las comodidades, que incluyen una cocina llena de utensilios y platos, una lavadora y secadora grandes, tres habitaciones grandes y un estudio / sala de juegos / sala de juegos de 4 gigantes. -Las camas con baño completo en la planta superior están a solo 75 m de la playa en el lado de la playa de San Luis Pass Road. ¡Puedes escuchar las olas toda la noche! La casa tiene una mesa de cocina grande y un área adicional de encimera para que todos (14+) puedan comer al mismo tiempo. Cuenta con cable básico, antena y wifi, ventiladores, aire acondicionado en verano y calefacción con calefacción en invierno arriba y abajo. La playa es amplia, limpia y no muy concurrida y ¡JUSTO! La arena es suave y esponjosa. Este es un lugar perfecto para escaparse a unas 13 millas al oeste del final del Malecón. También tiene la cafetera, microondas, lavaplatos, detectores de humo y una gran ducha al aire libre caliente y fría de Roku. ¡Dos nuevas cubiertas junto a la playa, también! Lo amarás

Upon arrival we did a walk through to find a completely filthy house. The kitchen had mouse turds in several cabinets and we saw roaches as well. The cookware was substandard. There was only 1 partial roll of toilet paper, in the upstairs bathroom for 3 bathrooms. The floor fans were discusting. The pillows and beds were also filthy. The broom had lots of dirt and hair hanging off it. The grass was about three weeks overdue for mowing and I could not let my grand kids play in it for fear of what might be in it.the upstairs carpet was filthy and needs to be replaced. When it rained we had water come in the upstairs patio door and through one of the bedroom windows. On day 3 we had to throw away a dozen doughnuts we bought that day and other food due to an ant infestation. We had pictures and gave them to the cleaning lady. The owner said he was sending a partial refund but i have not yet received it. I feel it should be a total refund due to complete disrepair and filth. This place is a horrible representation for VRBO i do have pictures but don't see a place to attach them.

We had a great stay with are large group there is plenty of room for everyone , owner is promot with answering any questions we had !!! The view from the deck is the best we spent most of are time outside 😁 .. short walk to the beach would stay here again thanks for letting us stay in ur house Mike

Loved how close it was to the Beach. We had a few issues but the communication with the owner was good. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for our large group.

We met up with other family members at the Passing Winds Beach House. The location was perfect - right off the road and only one house between us and the beach. We could sit on the deck and see family playing on the beach. It was almost like having your own personal beach.
There were food trucks right across the street, restaurants nearby and a small grocery store 4.5 miles away called the Seven Seas.
Everyone loved their vacation at the Passing Winds!

The place was great! Easy walk to the beach and the upstairs area was fantastic and allowed for the 3 children with us to have their own space while the adults had their own space downstairs. Host was also very fast to respond when I reached out about the fridge not working, but he quickly guided me on how to easily fix the problem and all things went great after that!

Our overall experience taking residence at this amazing house was more than amazing! We like to thank Mike for his beautiful comfy home to take our family home. We appreciate everything that was there for us. This amount of fun knowing just outside your window you see nothing but the beach! The rooms were outstanding and cozy. The kitchen- perfect for a big family. Again- thank you for trusting us into taking care of your home!

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed ourselves immensely! There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space and SO close to the water! Mike is very responsive to any questions/concerns :)

Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, beds are comfy, and even though it’s not front row it’s only about 10 extra steps from there. Owner answered immediately if I had a question or problem. Nice house.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. We have so enjoyed the home and location. We plan to make this an annual trip for my mom, aunts, and cousins. The house is well maintained with space to accommodate everyone. It’s a short walk to the beach. It’s just the perfect location.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our group of 12 enjoyed the house and proximity to the beach. We especially loved the fact that there were no cars driving on the beach in front of the house.

We experienced all weather while at the house. Used the heater the first day and a/c there after. All worked great. The weather did cause a short, less than 5 minute, power outage which caused us to have to reset some GFIC plugs. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our stay. The location was stellar, just a minute walk to the beach.

Excellent house for large groups. There is plenty of counterspace for preparing meals. Nice view of the beach and a very short walk. The grocery store is close by if you forget anything.

Very short walk to the beach
My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the beach house. It was such a short walk to the sandy beach. We made use of the big porch in the evenings watching the waves and pelicans flying by. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was a plus. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed for cooking inside and for grilling outside. There was also a food truck at Beachsiders Bar and Grill which is located directly across the street. The house had a good a/c and a nice outside shower! We will be back.

The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the vintage appliances. Beds were very comfortable and the outside patio had a wonderful view of the beach. Our overall experience was excellent.

The best beach house with a view !
This was our first family vacation and it was the absolute BEST experience! Mike gave us all the information we needed for a quick and easy check in and out process. The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating with all the necessities we needed! The beach was a short walk and you had the perfect view of the beach from the house, I would 100% book again!

Amazing family vacation
The property is better in person than in pics!! Didn't realize the bunks were full size ones, so much room for the kids! They enjoyed having their own space! The house temp was set at 76° (but you can lower it) and I was amazed how cool the house was! It was very well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels (bring your own beach towel) and other things. We loved our morning coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. Kids had fun chasing the little sand crabs that came out at night on the beach. We had such a good time,even our dog, he loved his walks on the beach and laying on the balcony watching birds fly by. Check in was easy and Mike was a pleasure to work with,only had to message him once which wasn't anything wrong, we were being remote control illiterate haha. Definitely plan on returning!!

Family vacation
We booked this awesome place for 5 days and we didn’t have any regrets….. The weather started out raining but all the grand kids was well entertained with the loft up stairs . We had a wonderful time thank you for renting to us the whole family love it and everyone was sad to leave this morning….. we will be booking with you again soon…. Where do I go to rate our stay ? 5 stars for sure!!!!!!!!
