Lovely large, modern, spacious, clean rooms. Staff friendliness. Great location opposite Mandla Hill shopping centre.

Noisy Saturday because of the extremely load music and DJ from a party on the second floor of the bar. Highly inconsiderate of guests staying in the hotel.

Fantastic hotel - the rooms are excellent, as space as apartments. The food is beyond expectations, so is the service of the staff - flexible, accommodating and kind! I can only warmly recommend and hope I can return to the hotel.

This is THE best hotel in Lusaka, and it's always my number 1 option when I'm in Lusaka. I consider it my second home. The breakfast is very very varied, with very many choices. All of the staff take great care to ensure that my stay takes place in the best possible conditions. Lots of little touches

On my final night the hotel had a live music guest booked and the noise was deafening, it wasn't possible to sleep. Around 10pm I asked to move rooms because it sounded like there was a DJ outside my window which faced the pool, because there was. It took over an hour to negotiate with the staff to move me, they said they weren't able to do so at first because the rooms on the other side of the hotel away from the pool/music were more expensive. After calling their management they moved me which I really appreciated, but it was an uncomfortable experience overall. Also do not get a massage here- one of the worst massages I've ever had, and the masseuse did not respect personal space boundaries.

This hotel deserves its rating as a 5 star hotel. Location, rooms, staff, service and food were 100% on point at all times. The best hotel we stayed in on our 1 month road trip!
