I especially liked the female staff... really wonderful ladies. It is one hotel where i have found such endearing female staff. I liked the fish (Tilapia), very tasty. the pond near dining area was so relaxing, little crocs, fish, reeds, chirping birds... awesome ! The taxi man recommended by the hotel, very respectful and kind man

Staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Quiet place in the middle of Lusaka. Very good breakfast, you will miss nothing.

Staff at the restaurant very very slow and unobservant!

This is a lovely, well appointed hotel in central Lusaka Beautiful pool area. Rooms are very nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Pretty expensive shuttle from the airport. Use taxi instead

The hospitality and professionalism of the staff.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very welcoming. Greatly enjoyed the service. Room was warmed during the cold winter nights. The birds chipping in the morning and the baby crocodiles in the pond were a delightful touch.

Sitting arrangement at the restaurant were abit rigid ... client can be allowed to be inside when its cold. Room cleaning were not very thorough in topping up supplies.
