the room floor is not clean and sticky

Overall location and access to the Beach. Our room looked nice and cozy, but we found out differently real quick.

None of the beds were supported well, and there was supposed to be a queen bed which there wasn't, and didn't even have a damm foundation(The worst sleeping bed I've ever tried sleeping i at the Beach), and I've been going to the Beach for 40+ years!!!

Beautiful view of the ocean! We were very comfortable and decided to stay another night!! I don’t want to leave yet!!🥲🌞🌞

The ONLY thing good about this property is it being oceanfront. Everything else was trash!

The elevators were broke most of our stay. We were on the 13th floor! I found a cockroach in my room bathroom!!! I had to follow so many rules for a room that was very VERY DISSAPOINTING and I could not get any money back or switch rooms. I could not sleep at all any of the nights we were there because people were so loud or either the walls were so shallow. My whole family did not sleep at all. Then they said we could not lower the room temperature under 70 degrees which was very absurd seeing it was scorching hot all weekend and the ac unit in the room kept cutting on and off. Worse vacation ever! It was my daughter’s birthday and we could not even enjoy one bit of it. Will never be staying here again EVER IN MY LIFE

We loved the view and the fact that all 3 kids had comfortable sleeping areas. We came down on Christmas eve so having a actual stove and refrigerator were great. But the view was great

The biggest issue we had was the fact that in nearly every email we were told the tiniest stain an any of their linens and towels we would be charged for. When you have 2 babies life happens and things get dirty. So majority of our "Christmas vacation" ibwas scrubbing linens in the sink or tub to clean then, i was checking all the bedding to make sure nothing was messed up etc. This trip was to bring my kids on a Christmas trip and to relax and have fun unfortunately that isnt what happened as far as the condo. We were so worried they would spill juice or have an accident we couldnt relax.

The room was pretty clean and ok for just one night.

The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Very busy, like "the bad side of town" The WIFI DID NOT WORK AT ALL!
