Great layout, very clean & comfortable

We loved it but a couple of suggestions would be - blinds on ranch sliders in lounge - put in an air con upstairs, it gets very hot

from top to bottom felt luxurious and like home. the hostess was fantastic and welcoming

stayed here to see family. would highly recommend

very pleasant introduction to the house by the host, location, layout of the house, comfortable beds

A little bit cold upstairs and in the upstairs bathroom in winter

The location was perfect. Great proximity to the walkway. Great, full set of house hills features. Kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, etc.

TV didn't have normal Freeview

Joelene such a lovely friendly person, full of good advice. Property fantastic in every way. Exceeded my expectation.

The house was quite hot due to the sun and high temperatures we were experiencing at the time of our stay. But we managed to cool ourselves off with the fans provided.

Best location ever. Close to play park, walk-way and aquatic center. Lovely home comfortable for two families with 4 small children.

Better lock on the front door. Difficult to keep a 3-year-old contained and out of the street if you can't actually lock the front door from the inside.

The bed was absolute bliss, I literally sunk into it and died for the night. I enjoyed the luxury of the ensuite, double hand basin and walk in robe. I ran out of time to have a soak in the spa bath. We enjoyed the big table with the lazy suzy. We ate there a lot. Warm heaters made the home cosy. And the close proximity to the coastal walkway and town centre was such a bonus.

Only complaint was the round light above the dining table kept flickering.

Lovely home with everything we needed

It was raining so we did not do the beach walk

Janine was great with communication and really flexible and nice, House was amazing and really comfortable. Grounds were really nice and location was great. Loved the giant pohutakawa trees along the beach which made up the view. Elevator was great to get luggage upstairs.

Usually in house rentals there's a few things in the pantry like oil, baking paper etc. Washing powder if there's a machine (which there is a great laundry setup at this house). Coffee pods since there's a machine provided. This had absolutely nothing so families especially should take their own everything. We very nearly ran out of toilet paper and there weren't enough towels for four women.
