SPACIOUS LUXURY HOME
Hermosa casa de estilo toscano con elegante piedra caliza, alfombra y pisos de madera noble. Los techos altos le dan una sensación de amplitud a la casa. This is a beautiful house. There were 8 of us, friends since elementary school age 70. Plenty of space for us to be together for games and laughs, but enough space to have a quiet conversation. The outdoor area is beautiful. Very large screened in porch overlooking the pool.
Would definitely return and highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a multi-generational gathering. It has several separate sleeping areas . The game room, hot tub and pool added to the fun. We are now booked for our 4th year here.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was stocked with everything you can think of including 3 different types of coffee makers. The house was clean, in a great location, pool was beautiful as was the hot tub. My family enjoyed the bikes and my grandchildren loved the boogie board. This house has more than enough room for 4 families (8 adults, 2 children and a baby). The extra bathroom in the bonus room was an added bonus. The host was very nice to work with. We didn't have any problems during our stay. We did forget something and she contacted us to let us know. Very Nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful. Nice back yard with a pool and beautiful screened in area. Master suite is massive. May be uncomfortable for more than 3 couples, because two of the bathrooms are jack and jill. But great for families! Also a cute upstairs area with its own bathroom. A lot of restaurants, bars, shops within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Traffic is a little heavy, at times but to be expected. If you want to be away from the craziness, this is the place.

The home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious! There were 6 of us and we all had our own spaces and also plenty of room to hang out together. Shuffleboard in the game room was a blast. The pool was great. Safe neighborhood. Lisa was very communicative and helpful beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this amazing home! Thank you Lisa for opening your home to us!

This was a birthday celebration trip, and the house was spacious well kept and we enjoyed a beautiful weekend for our first trip to Georgia. Excellent location to unwind. Really enjoyed the screened porch and pool, we were a party of six and had lots and lots of room. The host was very responsive with helpful information.

Four gals were there for a golf trip. The house is fabulous, with the highlight being plenty of bedrooms and space!! We lucked out on weather that week. Not a problem for us, but anyone renting the place should be aware that there are steps involved getting into the house, both from the front door and from the garage. We would definitely rent the house again if we were to go back to St. Simons. The owners were very prompt in replying to us. Jennifer

The house exceeded our expectations! The layout was perfect for our extended family vacation, was well-stocked, very clean, and had a ton of amenities. We spent most of our time in the swimming pool - it was perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful and it was a short drive to the beach and downtown area. We highly recommend this gem!

We enjoyed our stay but were a little disappointed to find out last minute that we could not use the pool because it was out of order. We could not get the two grills to work either. Other than that we enjoyed our stay overall. Lisa was very responsive to our texts which we appreciated.

The house was just as detailed. Everything was fully stocked and very clean. My only complaint is the pool wasn’t cleaned and functional and we didn’t find out until the day we were traveling. Also we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it wasn’t cleaned and these were the main features we were looking forward to on our trip. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly.

We had a great time golfing, playing cards, eating and of course, laughing. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six (very picky) women. Large rooms, bedrooms that were more like small suites, and one of the best stocked kitchens that I’ve ever seen! There were THREE coffee makers (drip, kuerig, and espresso) and we used them all. Such luxury! Thank you!

This piece of paradise was a wonderful venue for several of the Ladies the Lake from Lake Oconee. House is very well stocked. It is the perfect setting for a trip to Saint Simons Island.

The house is gorgeous and accurately portrayed in the listing. We had 9 people (4 of them kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. My teenage daughter was thrilled to have her own space in the bonus room above the garage! It was perfect for her as the older kid in the group. We had some communication with the property owner, both before and during the trip, and response was very prompt/almost immediate. We enjoyed the lovely pool/spa and backyard space. The bikes were a plus. We love SSI and will definitely look to rebook this home in the future.

We are a family of grandparents, adult children, young adult grandchildren, and elementary school age children. We enjoyed that there are several different sleeping areas and different gatherings spaces. The kitchen was large and well equipped. What a fun reunion for us.

The house was 'as advertised.' We weren't ready for the pool to feel like bathwater, but the days are in the high 90's, so it's not the owner's fault. The porch was nice. Location worked for us, but it's a 25-45 minute drive to the beach. We stayed over July 4th, so I would expect traffic to be lighter on other weeks. Loved that the house came with bikes. We really enjoyed the stay. We didn't use the hot tub for obvious reasons, but it looked like a really nice tub. The owner was very prompt in responding to me on the App.

Our stay was lovely. You could smell how clean it was from the moment you walked in. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. The pool was cleaned by a service while we were there, which doesn’t usually happen at many VRBOs so that was an added bonus. The neighborhood was quite and walkable. We had many visits by a family of deer and all kinds of pretty birds. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to enjoy the bikes but it was a great added touch. Check in and out was seamless and the owner was very easy to deal with. The property is close enough to enjoy the beach and shopping but far enough away to feel like a different world. We loved all the trees with the Spanish moss. It was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying.

Your personal resort on the quieter and more residential North end of Saint Simons Island. Although it is not as close to the action as the South end, why would you want to leave the pool, hot tub, and amazing screened in outside living area? If you do want to venture out, the south side attractions are a long, but doable, bike ride (4 good quality bikes and locks in the garage for guests) or short drive away. Also, very close to the North end marina for nature excursions, golf options, Cannon Point Preserve, Fort Fredericka, and other nature areas. The home itself is nicely finished and comfortable with great dining and kitchen areas. Plus the beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Great host experience too! Book with no regrets of worries.

We celebrated our 50 years of marriage with our family. The house is in a quiet upscale neighborhood away from the noise and traffic of the beach area. While we went to the beach nearly everyday we prepared most of our meals in the beautiful kitchen. We greatly enjoyed the pool and porch. Our evenings were spent playing games and watching an occasional movie. It was a wonderful week.

The house was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could want. The host, Lisa, was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Had never been to St. Simon's Island before and there were sites to see and great restaurants.

This home was even better than the pictures. 10 of us stayed there over Christmas time and did a lot of family meals and games. There is so much space and the layout is great that we never felt suffocated, even after 6 days together. Great central area to hang out and socialize and many quiet areas to take a break when you needed it. We had very cold weather so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities much other than the hot tub, would have loved more time on the large screened in porch areas. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom suite was amazing. Upper room over the garage a great spot for the three teen boys to hang. Price is affordable considering the house can hold 10 comfortably. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised and very much appreciated the Christmas tree that was up and the full size toy soldiers that were paying Christmas music at the front door as we arrived. Such a nice touch.

This home is a wonderful place to gather with your family or friends. We had 4 couples and the floor plan of this home made our trip very comfortable. We had one night we stayed home to watch the Georgia football game and the guys enjoyed watching it in the game room! The hot tub was a perk as well! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!

St. Simons has become our go to location for a family get away. We love the island, the restaurants, the beaches, and being on "island time". During the holidays the lights and decorations make the place even more magical. I highly recommend this home and the accommodating hosts if anyone is looking for a break. The home is immaculately maintained, the location is great, and the game room is awesome. Looking forward to future stays.

It was a good experience overall. The house is beautiful. Having only 3 full bathrooms downstairs (the 4th full bathroom being upstairs) wasn’t ideal for the 4 couples staying. Also, I’m still waiting on the return of the deposit, which is seeming to take a while to return.

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving at this property and it did not disappoint. It is large and spacious with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The large screened in porch was a favorite hangout spot and is where we enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal. The close proximity (<5min) to the King and Prince Golf course was convenient to allow for a guys outing for a early morning round. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.
