I was overcharged. There was no breakfast and I was still charged the same price. When I reached, the staff at the reception informed me they were undergoing construction because of Helene.

We did get fresh towels every day.

Mattresses were adequate at best.

The location was great, and staff was very polite and helpful. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance of the property.

The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The bathtub was either dirty, stained, or in need of reglazing. Either way, the bathtub was not inviting to use at all. This made the whole room feel unclean!

Bed was comfortable. Other than that not much.

Dingy, smelled of dank, weed. It was a $75 hotel that charged $150. Should be embarrassed they are charging that much for average accommodations.

Breakfast and staff are good.

All is old, beds are small, bathroom is small, painting is old.

If you call cereal and oranges a real breakfast then no, that’s not a real breakfast.

The bed was super uncomfortable because the springs on the bed coming out. The bathroom tub was not clean. The floor by the entrance & bathroom sink was very sticky like it hasn’t been mopped so we laid towels down on that part of the floor. One of our pillows had some sort of nasty stain on it. It’s a good thing we took the pillow case off of it. The front desk attendant tried to make it better by replacing it after we complained about it but I was already over it at that point

The shower was dirty and shower head sucked, the sink was dirty, under the sink was moldy, there was a few stains on the sheets. And just the over all building next a major upgrade.
