Rosalina’s home was perfect!! Plenty of room for family to come and go...poolside was amazing as well as the outdoor kitchen space!! House stocked with anything you may need...sanitized as well!!! Would love to return!!!!

We have been vacationing in KL for the past 35 years. We normally stay the Month of July. We bring our boat down (42 ft Invincible) and enjoy the month fishing and boating with friends. We are veterans in terms of seeking out high end accommodations. In this particular case we were unable to inspect the property before renting for a variety of reasons due to schedule conflicts of both party’s. So although we had good visuals from the Website, we’ve learned that a walk through prior to renting tells the rest of the story. First this was the cleanest Rental we have had the pleasure of utilizing. Second, the provisioning of the home was remarkable up to and including several boxes of face masks! The home has two kitchens one upstairs and one down. Both were beautifully equipped. (Over the years we’ve learned to pack our own kitchen essentials, coffee pot, quality pots and pans etc.... NOT necessary here! There are 7 bedrooms with good quality beds.... not worn out hand me downs. Bathrooms with some dated fixtures but all in good working order. (NOT our experience in the past) Three refrigerators, two with ice makers, a beautiful bar down stairs, top quality dish washers up and downstairs, new gas cook top down stairs, recycle and garbage receptacles everywhere... and a great summer kitchen with a Fresco Range similar to our one at home. We spent a lot of time around the pool with the family... great seating, and a well maintain pool. Even a huge bin of beach towels (we always bring our own). Dock has good night lighting, power, and water making boat maintenance a breeze. House has 2.4 and 5G WiFi. Our Daughter set up her office (working from home) down stairs for a week. She had some connection issues (She is Manager of Real Estate for a Large Hospital Network in Central Florida) Rosalina (Property Owner) drove down from Miami on a busy Friday afternoon to work with the Cable provider to be sure it was working properly... followed up the next day to be sure all was well. And this was the best part of our experience... Rosalina was excellent... extremely responsive both before we rented the property and while we were there. Can’t say enough about how we were treated by she and her family. Our only drawback regarding this property was the fact that it was not ocean front... as we love sun rises and sun sets. Because of our dock requirements this property was our best choice and it turned out to be our best ever for all the reasons above.

This house is the total package for a Key Largo vacation. Great location, well equipped house, nice canal. Rosalina was wonderful to work with!

We had a wonderful stay in Rosalina's home. Plenty of room for our friends and family. Rosalina was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our needs My husband and brother loved fishing in the canal while the rest of us lounged around the pool. We would love to stay there again!

We simply couldn't have been more pleased with this house. it is everything and more than described. the owner is a trustworthy person that helped make our stay enjoyable. she was very responsive and addressed any questions or issues in a very timely matter. plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets. Also had spices, coffee filter, ground coffee, and coffee pods. Had a lot of beach towels an extra sheets pillows and blankets. Laundry soap and dishwasher pods available as well. There are board games and cards. it exceeded all our expectations in terms of cleanliness, ambiance, functionality, location and amenities.. it was more than comfortable. beautiful house. Very clean an specious. WE has 11 people and with the two levels and 2 living areas, 2 kitchen, two dinner table, we never felt on top of each other. The elevator for my mom was more than convenient. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, new and clean. the view off the back was good. Having a dock with boat access was awesome. we had two jet-sky and park right off the dock a the back of the house which couldn't be more convenient. THANKS YOU FOR A GREAT STAY AND WE DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK AND STAYING HERE.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed being greeted by the owners Rosalina and Roberto and visiting about their home. We have vacationed in the Keys every August for many years bringing our entire family,this year we were lucky to have 4 generations and everyone was comfortable, and there was more than enough space, for 12 adults and the kids, very comfortable beds! The house, and pool/barbecue area were amazing and met every expectation, we will return here again. The boat dock was perfect for our 35' boat, with easy access to the open waters, we went fishing, lobstering, or diving every day. Too many amenities to list, don't pass this house up if you are planning to vacation in the Keys. Thank you again Rosalina and Roberta for everything.

Spent two great weeks over spring break 2016 in this great property in Key Largo. Home is perfect for our 13 family members, close to a zillion restaurants, and room for everybody. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Owner is more than helpful with any issues. Kitchens both upstairs and down, bedrooms everywhere. Highly recommended.

Our whole family was able to meet in Key Largo for a spring break at this terrific house. Rosalina was very welcoming , the house and pool were immaculate, the elevator very handy, and fresh cut flowers were a nice touch. There is plenty of space for everyone to read, sit and relax, or swim. The house is located within a couple of miles of restaurants, groceries , bait stores, and gift shops. We took the children to the Miami Zoo and an alligator farm, so we'll located. We loved cooking and eating every meal outside , from the pool side kitchen, on the patio by the heated pool. There was always some shade provided by umbrellas and palm trees . We were never aware of any neighbors. The guys loved the boat being docked only feet from the back door, and it was very easy to get out fishing in the ocean. Just a great place to enjoy being with your family and relaxing! We had a wonderful stay in Key Largo at Rosalina's huge and comfortable property. Outside Space: Truly outstanding. The pool was wonderful and nicely heated, making it perfect for our young children. The provision of loads of pool towels, pool floats and a range of outdoor seating/lounging options made spending time around the pool a true pleasure. The garden always offered options of shade or sunshine and the well equipped outdoor kitchen (with ice machine) meant we could enjoy outdoor living to the max. Parking for 2 cars on front driveway and further 1-2 in space in front of house. Bikes were also available in garage though we did not use these. The dock included a stable pontoon perfect for launching the kayak provided (lots of lifejackets in kids and adults sizes) and we also hired Stand Up Paddleboards for a day, which was great. Interior: A very large space, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with extended family. Large TVs upstairs and down (with cable and netflix) and in bedrooms. Fixtures and fittings of a good standard - some very luxurious. Bathrooms a little dates in terms of coloured suites, but essentially good quality. Lots of personal touches make the space homely and you could tell this was a well-loved family home before being marketed as a vacation rental.Useful having washer driers etc. A spirit of generosity with toiletries, towels etc provided. Initially we found it a bit confusing living with 2 kitchens and living spaces but soon settled into a rhythm of breakfasting upstairs and dining downstairs. Travel cot (pack and play) provided and Rosalina went out and bought a hire chair for us in advance too. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Rosalina was warm and hospitable and met us at the property. As we were arriving rather late, she kindly went out and purchased bread and milk for us. As we had v tired kids, we did not take in all of the property details on our show around, but Rosalina was readily available to contact by email/text/phone with any questions. Rosalina's brother lives in an annex to the property, he came and helped out with pool heating etc when we needed advice. We were able to check out late on our last day -really appreciated. GREAT location, just 2 mins off the Overseas Highway - Skippers Tiki Bar (recommended), boat trips, grocery store (family dollar) playground and water park all short walking distance. Publix supermarket 5 mins drive away. Miami 1-1.5 hours, Key West 2-2.5 hrs.

We arrived at our home away from home on Dec. 26, 2015 for a week stay with children and 5 grandchildren. The house was immaculate along with the outside entertaining area. The owners brother explained how everything worked and answered all of our question. He was also very helpful when we had to call him. The home was very well supplied with up to date amenities, top of the line linens and plenty of beach towels. Refrigerators, washer & dryers was on both levels of the home which was very handy for all of us. The patio, pool and recreation room was the hot spot for everyone. My husband and I got great use of the elevator since going up and down steps is a challenge for us. The owner of the home was very helpful from the planning stages to the last day of our vacation. If we would ever get this chance again we would stay at this home. I would recommend this home for your Keys vacation site.

The house and grounds are beautiful. Upon arriving everything was in perfect order. We were met by the owner's brother who gave us a tour, explained how every thing operated and asneered all of our questions. Comfortable, private, and perfect for family time the fire pit the pool the outdoor dining and game room are our favorite spots for relaxing. The spaciousness of the home gave us privacy when we wanted it. Weather no matter where you go is unpredictable and we had small craft warnings everyday so boating was out. However, with such a lovely home we enjoyed a wonderful week despite the wind. Our hostess was very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend her home

We stayed in this lovely home from mid June to July and truly enjoyed the home. There were ample supplies and cooking accessories in the home. This was one of our concerns at first, but we found the home had everything included!!!! The home has excellent AC in all rooms which was key!! The pool is lovely and the outdoor living area was great. There was lots of patio seating and room to entertain, we frequently used the outdoor cooking area to enjoy the catch of the day. The owners were very nice and accessible. There is an onsite person to speak with, and rents a separate apartment attached to the house. I wish we had known this up front, but enjoyed the help making sure the trash was out, cleaning the deck, etc. My main concern is that there is no true master bedroom in the house, as the owners have this area locked off for themselves. If you have a boat and plan to use it at the house, make sure the dock area will accommodate the size and type of boat. We had a 19' boat and that was fine, but if you have a larger boat (over 25'), make sure you ask the owners about the dock before you book as there were minimal ties or cleats. There is a lift, but your boat needs to be configured for it.
